Might just be the one I got. Worked for 3 months and stopped working. I never used the engine crank functions on it. Just used it 6-8 times charging truck, lawn mower, tractor and welder batteries then it just working.

Looking for a compact yet heavy duty battery 200-250amp manual timer charger not on wheels Old wheel charger finally died and noticed 3/4 of inside was open space maybe same charger but compact could be found. Truck not driven much sits for months unused, battery so dead dome light didn't light up. This is the charger you'll need to force electrons revitalize your battery. I have a great automatic Schumacher SC1361 charger that works on semi dead batteries but not completely dead dead battery. Purchased for Christmas gifts 2 more Schumacher Electric SC1667 model for my sons

Great non electronic charger I would rate it a 5 star, but the shipper packed this 30 pound item in its factory box in a much larger box with no padding to keep it from banging around which resulted in a bent case. I took it apart and spent and hours straightening it, I would recommend finding someone with intelligence in your shipping department.

I like it because it's able to manually charging all kind of 12v and 6v batteries within the time frames that you want it to be charged. I use it to charge my lawnmowers battery on the winter sometimes, so it won't die out. Recommend

The media could not be loaded. The battery on my 76 C10 was dead and I wanted to charge it back up so I could put it on a maintainer for the rest of the winter.I took it out of the box, set it next to the truck, plugged it in, connected the leads to the truck, turned it on 10A (lowest setting) and then turned on the timer to 90 and a bit of smoke came out, I thought well its brand new maybe that was some residue.......Being curious I turned it to 25A, and the video is what followed. (the video was recorded to reproduce the condition for proof of failure)in the OFF position it sounded like an old tombstone welder, which it should have had 0 current being pulled, it sounded like it was on full pull in the off position, and quieted down on 10 and 25 but that's when it released the smoke.Schumacher, you might wanna send a local rep to pick this up, it shouldn't be shipped, and i'm not paying to throw it away. Contact me, we can work something out.I will be contacting customer support, but likely there is nothing they can do
