Phone Case for Consumer Cellular Iris Connect phone
The case's holes don't fit or line up with the phone's power or volume buttons. They do set nicely for the camera, however.

Doesn't have raised side buttons, just weird slits.
I purchased this case as a gift for a family member who owns this phone. I was very surprised to find the case doesn't have raised side buttons, like every phone case I've ever owned! Instead it just has repeating slits in the rubber on the side where the phone's buttons are, to make the rubber more flexible, but this makes it difficult to feel which button you're pressing. I've never seen anything so cheap. Unfortunately, there are very few manufacturers offering cases for this particular phone model, so there might not be a better alternative. Sorry, I forgot to take a photo of the case before gifting it.
