Wanted to solo stove one but could not justify the cost. This one came up as an option and gave it a shot. Packaged well, assembly was easy, quality good fit my yukon and most importantly pushed down a ton of heat. Also it looks great. Did I mention it produces more heat! If your on the fence like I was just buy this one. No regrets.

This heat deflector is less expensive than Solo Stove's so we thought we'd give it a shot. It took awhile to put together because it's held together with tiny screws. It seems durable and doesn't feel cheap. It fit our Yukon Solo Stove 2.0 perfectly and looks great once installed. It's super easy to add more wood as needed without having to remove the deflector. My only complaint is I thought the deflector would make more of a difference in heating the surrounding areas of the Solo Stove. I could only tell a difference if I was standing right next to the deflector. Maybe it was user error. Maybe we needed a bigger fire, I'm not sure. We'll definitely give it another try before deciding if we're going to return it or not.

This is awful. It comes in about 15-20 pieces with like 50 screws! I understand it's great for shipping but if this much built is required, should be a lot less expensive. Not worth the headache. It also doesn't look great. I worry about stretching and wear at joints with the heat since it is a multiple jigsaw assembly heat deflector.

The quality seems very good and love that you can screw the legs into the deflector shield. However you have 5 plates that screw together, 4 screws on each edge so definitely takes some time to put together. I am sending it back though as all the edges are straight cuts and very sharp, too sharp to keep and run the risk of slicing my hand open. I have the smaller solo stove with a solo brand deflector which has nice rolled edges so there is no chance of slicing yourself, going to buy another one for the Yukon. The 2 stars were for the quality and the screw on legs but already have it packed up to send back due to the danger of the sharp edges.
