Dead zone killer.
I live in a pretty old townhouse on island of Oahu and itโs built pretty much like a faraday cage, radio signals emitted by routers modern or old even those with impressive antennas and emitting characteristics simply cannot reach or penetrate the walls and material even being a close distance. Hardwiring my devices with Ethernet was out of the question being it would be ugly and difficult. The XP75 pro is incredible and literally kills the dead spots or what used to be weak areas to the point your device might spontaneously drop or lose connection due to weak signal. Mesh WiFi has improved so much from its earlier days when they were basically overpriced WiFi extenders, now that price is able to give results that are more than satisfactory for situations where Ethernet or wired connections unfortunately arenโt a possibility due to room layout circumstances or home construction. I do not have wifi 6E ready devices so I use the 6G band for dedicated backhaul, all my nodes communicate to each other wirelessly and they never seem to lose signal or communications with the primary node. Now obviously speeds can never be exactly what your plan is via a WiFi connection; however even after the use of wireless backhaul putting tough obstacles between the nodes the speeds I receive along with having a stable, reliable signal strength that wonโt drop or disconnectโฆ Iโm very impressed and satisfied.

Performance is great, installation and setup simple, note that 2.4 and 5GHz bands use the same SSID
I bought this to replace a 3 year old ASUS router that had started to have intermittent problems. Set up was simple using their Deco application, but I was a little confused when I wasn't given an opportunity to name two SSIDs, one for 2.4GHz and one for 5GHz. Turns out they both use the same name and password. That is convenient, it was just unexpected. It is a little disconcerting that I can't tell now whether my phone is using the 2.4 or 5 band, but I did speed tests to confirm I'm using the 5 GHz band in all the places I expected. i.e. throughout the entire house and garage; as I move away from the house outside it seamlessly switches to the 2.4 GHz band. I highly recommend this mesh system.

Strong signal
These work as advertised and even in my house it extended my wifi to far beyond my yard for my exterior cameras. When the Frontier technician installed my wifi he said my Decos were much stronger than the router they offer.

Impressive speed
We replaced a Google mesh system that worked well for 5 years but couldn't handle the increased speed we were now receiving from Xfinity. Installing these units doubled our speed to 940 Mbps and it is constant. Previous system was 380 to 475 Mbps. Even more impressive, the speed at the other end of the house quadrupled. Also easy to install. I'm on a Mac .

Good hardware, mediocre firmware
They check all the boxes from a hardware perspective and should be more than capable but even with their latest 1.2.10 FW (which only support Hardware Rev 2+), there are still massive shortcomings when it comes to the 2.4GHz band's stability. This drastically reduces IOT and older device performance/connectivity. They are aware and working on it, but TPLink is seemingly getting too comfortable launching products with poor software. And then dealing with the repercussions.

This one is by far the best
I've had 4 different deco pack models and this one is by far the one with the best wifi coverage and speed. Not cheap but not very expensive either.

Excelente Router
Muy buen router para altas velocidades (de 1 a 2.5 gbps). Fuera de ello no ofrece mejoras sobre wifi 6.
