Bought this on a bit of a whim as I'm back in the gym and figured it couldn't hurt. What a powerful little device. Wasn't quite sure it was doing anything at first as you can't feel it from the outside. But once it's on your skin, it's really something. Says it has 10 power levels and I'm yet to get past 4/5. And lots of different settings so enjoying messing around and seeing how each one feels. Fits around legs, arms, etc so quite versatile. And comes with extra sticky pads, however I've been swapping and changing it around and haven't needed to change them yet. My one gripe would be that the battery lasts maybe an hour in total, however its only a little flat one so cheap enough to replace 😁

use this in the evenings to tone after working out in the mornings. You can feel it working so it is definitely helping to shape and strengthen the muscles in my bottom. My partner has noticed that my bottom is firmer, looks visibly more muscled and less jiggly.
