Product works the way I wanted it to the ones I got from China a two months ago are junk.

I really like these. The make sharpening scalloped knives possible and the red ones are a gift when sharpening a really dull knife. I can sharpen with whet stones. My father would not let me have a pocket knife until I knew how to sharpen my knife and the rules for taking care of one and using it safely. These honing rods are great and let you sharpen cooking knives to a fine edge. Highly recommend them.

I have tried most of the top rated knife sharpeners and been disappointed with them all. I used to take my knives to a professional knife sharpener but the small shop closed during Covid. Other than a professional, I have found that nothing really sharpens my knives like a Crock Stick. I've had mine for years but now it's more difficult to find replacement sticks. These were a great find and reasonably priced. My knives are in great shape again.

Broke one of my ceramic sharpeners (after 20+ years of use) -- dropped it. These replacements --1/4" diameter-- fit the holder perfectly and work just as well as the originals. Another useful tool that didn't need to be thrown away!

I have numerous knife sharpeners including electric, sand paper, manual et al. This is the most convenient easy to use sharpener to date. Kept on counter next to knife holder. Replacement rods of high quality and last for quite a while even though I sharpen knives constantly.

Larger diameter than the Lansky rods, so they don't fit in the holes of the wooden box. But the heavier grit of these makes it much easier to get a sharp blade for the knives that I abuse, and these rods will put a razor edge on kitchen knives MUCH more quickly than the fine grit ceramic rods will alone.
