Decent first PC for a kid, but reliability issues and locked-down BIOS limit long-term value
This was purchased as a first gaming PC for one of my daughters, and initially it did what it needed to do. Out of the box, it handled basic 1080p gaming, schoolwork, and general use without much setup. For someone who wants a ready-made system and doesnโt plan to tinker, it can function acceptably at first.i did have to purchase a WiFi adaptor, as the built in one did not connect consistently. Over time, however, the limitations of a budget prebuilt became clear. The most serious issue was the graphics card. It developed persistent driver-related failures that required reinstalling drivers multiple times per week just to keep the system usable. This wasnโt a one-off problem or user error. The issue continued across clean installs and updates and eventually ended with the GPU failing entirely, requiring replacement. Another major downside is the BIOS. There is little to no meaningful customization available, which severely limits troubleshooting and tuning. Even more concerning, there is no manufacturer support to update or recover the BIOS if something goes wrong. That effectively locks the system into its factory configuration and removes a safety net that more experienced users rely on. Beyond that, the system shows typical cost-cutting: โข Generic power supply โข Basic cooling and airflow โข Limited upgrade flexibility without replacing multiple components Once repairs or upgrades were needed, the cost advantage of buying a prebuilt quickly disappeared. Who this is for โข A child or teenโs first computer โข Light gaming and everyday use โข Buyers who do not plan to upgrade or troubleshoot Who should look elsewhere โข Anyone expecting long-term reliability โข Buyers who want BIOS access or tuning options โข Anyone planning future upgrades Bottom line This can work as a starter PC, but hardware reliability issues โ combined with a locked-down BIOS and lack of support โ significantly limit its value. If you want stability and flexibility, building your own or spending a little more for a computer from an established manufacturer is a better long-term decision.

Best tower for 2025 (mid range)
Worth every penny! My daughter can play anything at really good fps. I think it's the best you will get without breaking $1k The compatibility and speed are really good. The only thing is the keyboard turns on sometimes by itself. I'm not sure what that is about, but it doesn't affect the power this tower has!

WARNING!
WARNING! Do not purchase from this company. I bought a pc from them and it didnt last 2 months before I had to return it. They sent me a second machine. It didnt work properly from the start but I tried to troubleshoot on my own since I didnt want to go through the hassle of sending it back. I spent almost 2 months in almost daily communication with support trying to troubleshoot the many issues I've had and my problems only got worse. Constant crashes while gaming, gpu overheating and eventually file corruption issues that forced restarts every few minutes. To try to fix this issue I reinstalled windows from the pc itself. It worked for about a week at which point my files were corrupted again. When i went to install windows a second time it wouldnt work because those files had been corrupted as well. Downloaded windows 11 from the microsoft site. Turns out the hardware is incompatible with it...told support about it at which point they shipped me a thumb drive with a "work around" Didnt work when I first tried to boot from it. Tried a second time and it managed to install windows. Turns out I cant activate it as they did not provide a license so I cant change most setting on my pc including basic things like mic output volume. Continue my correspondence with support for several days only for them to tell me that they would have to review my case as the window for a return had expired. Mind you it expired because I was actively trying to work with them to troubeshoot the issues and because I wanted to support a smaller company in a world where these companies are crushed by massive corporations. Two days later they replied stating that they would refund my money but only if I paid for the shipping to return it. mind you I already sent one back and had to pay $30 for a box and shipping materials as I threw that stuff out when I received the first pc because fool that I am I trusted that it would work as it should. These pc are suitable AT BEST for grandma to play solitaire or Majong. These ARE NOT fit for gaming. Buy at your own peril! I ONLY gave them 1 star because I cant give them zero

Great starter pc
Wish I took photos of the packaging. Very impressed in that department. The pc came in a box with molded Styrofoam keeping the pc in place and a packaging pillow on the inside to keep the important components from shifting during shipping. After pulling everything out and plugging everything up the pc fired right up and we were able to use it immediately without issues. It's been able to handle the games we've thrown at it pretty well so far. One key note to keep in mind is some of the hardware is proprietary which means small upgrades like storage might possibly require a bigger upgrade down the road. But if ur purchasing this as a starting point and planning to upgrade motherboard/cpu/storage down the road then that won't be much of an issue. Very happy with the purchase. Everything works great, it would be hard to find a better value for the money currently

You pay for what you get.
Good quality case and build looks great other than cheap power suply. Spent 6 hours after receiving product trying to figure out why my RGB lights wouldn't work and traced it back to the power suply. Expect crashes every 5-10 minutes because of cheap parts. I recommend building you own. But if your on a budget and willing to spend a little extra over time it's a great place to start. Don't recommend for instant setup and gaming. It throws an error code before shutting off and it just means that your power suply is messed up. Kerrnel system error code 0x18b

Do yourself a favor: save your money and buy literally anything else.
โญโโโโ (1 Star) This is, without question, the worst $600+ I've ever spent on a computer. I regret buying this PC every single day. (UPDATE: FOUND THAT THE RAM CLAMPS WHERE SUPPER GLUED CLOSED RAMS WASNT EVEN 100% IN!!!) The first red flag was customer support. The phone number they provide doesn't even connect to STGAubron it goes to a completely different company. If you have an issue, good luck getting any actual help because you're essentially on your own. The hardware is an absolute joke. The parts are cheap, outdated, and clearly chosen to cut every possible corner. This is marketed as a gaming and streaming PC, but it struggles to perform reliably and feels like it was built from the lowest-quality components available. The final straw was Windows 11. After installing the latest Windows updates, the computer became completely unstable. It crashes constantly, gets stuck in boot loops, and eventually becomes unusable. The only way to get it working again is to perform a full factory reset, and once Windows updates again, the same nightmare starts all over. A computer that breaks from standard Windows updates is unacceptable. I paid over $600 expecting a dependable gaming PC. Instead, I got a headache, hours of troubleshooting, and a machine that can't even stay functional after routine updates. Between the nonexistent customer support, terrible build quality, and constant crashes, this has been one of the most frustrating purchases I've ever made. Do yourself a favor: save your money and buy literally anything else.

Great computer, especially for the price!
I bought this for my daughter for her birthday as she is a pretty serious gamer. I was a little hesitant as I know her games use some serious graphics, but thought we would give a shot and upgrade it if needed. I have been very surprised at how good it works for ALL her games (Fortnite, Roblox, WolfQuest, etc.). We had to play with the graphics settings for Fortnite but we just googled "Fortnite graphics settings for Radeon 5600" and what came up made it work perfectly at high graphics. The only complaint is the cheap label they put on the case but I took it off pretty easily. It looks super cool with the different LED's and glass to see inside the case. I highly recommend, what a great deal.

Don't do it
If I could leave a zero star review, then I would. I had this computer for exactly two weeks, and used it maybe a total of an hour, before it started an unstoppable cycle of the blue screen of death, essentially. It would keep crashing and then restarting and then crashing and restarting. I eventually just said screw it and returned the thing. I'm still waiting on my refund to be processed. I can't even say it's a matter of you get what you pay for, because I expect a lot more out of $500
