Does exactly what you want it to
Great belt squat price for the price, it does exactly what you need it to and it's very sturdy, be aware of the 5/8 inch hole the pin needs to attach it to your squat rack or power cage though.

Can’t beat this for the price
There are other brands that begin with an R that advertise heavily on instagram and facebook that is three times the cost of this and does exactly the same thing. I was impressed by the quality of the steel when I pulled it out the box. It felt like the same quality of my Rogue Monster Lite rack which for 39 dollars I was not expecting. Attached on my rack and fit perfectly. I have not had a chance to put it through its paces since I did not have a proper squat belt. Do yourself a favor and get this instead of that other brand and save that extra money you would have spent on some more plates or other gear.

Good lever arm for racks.
This is a solid quality lever arm especially for the price.Big drawback is you can not put much weight as it runs out of space on the post.If you dont wish to go above 4 plates of 45s its a good product

5 star Product, but can improve
Make it longer, post and its length. Make holes in the sides for seated calf raises and add a kick stand etc. As is can only think of rows and light belt squats on two cinder blocks. Had to add a pipe od smaller than 1in and sand it to slightly less than 2.8 in to fit 2x2 rack with 1 in holes.

A bit smaller than desired
There was nothing wrong with this item but I wanted to retrofit it into a seated calf raise and for that purpose it was a bit too small for me.
