Great service. Great warranty
I bought my lock over a year ago and started having some issues with it. I contacted customer service and they replaced the lock and everything is great now. Very happy with the lock and with their responsiveness to my issue.

UPDATED - Errors! Not worth the time or money!!
UPDATED - The company reached out to me and sent me a replacement. The new one has now been installed for 2 months with no issues. It works great for my business and allows me to give access to my daycare clients. I am impressed with the customer service and the support they gave me.*****>*****>*****I have had this now for a little over a month and it is super frustrating. I set it up, put my daycare parents information into the app so they could enter my home. For about a week all was fine. Than I got an error message when I went to look at the log or add more users. Sent in a trouble ticket and their suggestion was I had to delete and reinstall. Ok…so I start over and spent the time to input all my clients. A week later it had the same error! Did the same process!Now this morning it will not let me enter a new client and I get that same error message!!Save yourself the hassle and buy a different door handle this one is not worth the money or time!

Amazing product
Was interested with buying this sort of product so I went with Ultraloq after viewing reviews and descriptions. This has been one 9f the best decisions made. Product is amazing, easy to install and setup with their great app. Had the unit for 2 years now and recently had an issue with the clutch going bad. Well, the support is also great! They had quick response times and knowledge of the issue at hand. Was able to get the part replaced under warranty! Great stuff, great service service. Deff buying more locks from them!

Great customer service
Love this lock. Wifi works great, I use it for an Airbnb that’s hours away. Everything worked great until the door registered as unlocked but the door wouldn’t physically unlock when turning the handle. I contacted U-tec customer service. They responded promptly and did some troubleshooting, then sent me a new clutch I can easily replace myself. It arrived in a few days and I’m back up and running. Such a great experience. Buy this lock.UPDATE: U-tec customer service has been with me every step of the way with personalized emails to resolve this problem. They sent me 2 clutchs to switch out and a handle kit. Ultimately they sent me an entirely new lock of a different model and it has worked with no issues. Despite the issues with the first lock, I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from U-tec again because their customer service was so helpful and worked to resolve the issues entirely.

Great product and outstanding customer support
I have 3 of these Ultraloq smart door locks and after 2 years one of the locks stopped working from the outside. I've had such good luck with them that I ordered another one to replace it. While the new one was on its way, I took apart the broken one and found that the solenoid (clutch) that activates the door latch stopped working. After installing the new one, I couldn't get it to connect to my Wi-Fi, so I contacted customer support, and they walked me through a software update, and it worked. I mentioned that my old Ultraloq clutch wasn't working, and he said there was a lifetime warranty on the mechanical parts and that they would get a part out to me right away. When I got the part, they walked me through installing the clutch and we got the old one working again. Thankfully we now have another door with this door lock. Can't say enough good things about their customer support or their product!We also have a Kwikset Kevo Touch-To-Open smart Door Lock that we paid almost $400 for, and we've had nothing but problems with it. The touch feature stopped working after 3 weeks and we're going through a set of batteries every 3 weeks, and we've gotten nothing but bad customer support. We're switching this Kevo lock to a Ultraloq because we know Ultraloq is dependable, and we can get help if we need it.
