You can use this Ultrasonic cleaner for dentures, retainers, toothbrush heads etc. I was told by one of my friends about this she wears dentures and said she could not believe how her dentures are so much cleaner than when she just puts them into soak each night so couldn't wait to try it.I use this to clean my denture and o yes they are so much cleaner you can see the dirt after using it and they do feel so much better more smooth in you mouth. She also told me she cleans her jewellery in it to so am going to try that aswell.

I used this to clean up a mouth guard, and it did a really good job dislodging and cleaning the device until it looked new. It's simple to use, a little noisy but nothing unexpected. I'd have preferred a shaver plug - so it could live in the bathroom, rather than having it elsewhere.I've used it a few times and it's still working well.I'd say it's better at dentures / mouth guards etc. than it is for jewellery - I cleaned two rings, and it took a few attempts, and in some areas had only loosened the dirt, and required manual cleaning on top, it helped get the job done though, and of course the primary market is the dental one, hence it comes with some a handy container - and some little plastic tools also.I'm not convinced that the 'UV' leds are for anything other than show, but I have no way of knowing either way, they turn off when you open the lid, to protect your eyes from the harmful 'UV' light.

Easy and practical to use for real deep cleaning, the like of which you won't have experienced in a while. Overall a very cost effective and hygienic way for deep gentle denture cleaning.

I was really thrilled with the ultrasonic aligner cleaner and did give it 5 stars , however on my third use I got the blue light but no movement , fourth attempt nothing at all , please see the attempt in video above , such a shame as I really thought it a great product.This is a great little ultrasonic cleaner , it comes with a box to store your retainers / aligners , plus tweezers to pick objects out of the cleaner and a small brush for I assume stubborn stains , maybe on jewellery.I was really surprised and pleased with my aligners after using this machine for just 5 mins , they came out like brand new.You can also clean toothbrush heads, certain jewellery and even make up brushes , I have cleaned my toothbrush but not brushes or jewellery yet , although I most definitely will .I have used the machine along with fresh minty cleaning tablets easily purchased from Amazon .They only slight downside for me is the shape of the plug , it fits fine on normal sockets , however it will not fit into a multiple socket …which I do have in my bedroom .

I thought I was cleaning my retainer well, but when I used this, as soon as I opened the lid, the water just went brown and I saw some debris, which I never notice when I manually clean my retainer. The fact that this has UV as well makes it such an excellent cleaner and disinfecting tool! This is such an amazing retainer cleaner; it deserves more than 5 stars, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!Hope my review was helpful

I used to think my dentures were clean, they looked and felt clean when i was just using the traditional tablet soak and brush method.I am amazed and disgusted by how dirty my dentures were yet they looked clean until i used this, 1st time i used this after reading the instructions which were very comprehensive and easy to follow i was amazed at the dirt this collected.Not only could i physically see the dirt my teeth felt smooth and cleaner, unbelievable work.Wanting to get my money's worth i tried this out on some silver jewellery, a necklace which was severely tainted and hadn't been cleaned in years and my wedding ring which is white gold.My jewelery has never looked so clean, i had previously only ever used chemicals to clean so again i was disgusted yet very happy at the amount of dirt that this removed.Amazing value for money, quite compact, fast working in 5 mins, silent , very portable and very easy to use.

Priced at £42, this retainer cleaner provides a decent cleaning experience, though it's not without hiccups. The UV feature adds a layer of confidence in disinfection, but the cleaning results are somewhat hit or miss. While it did reveal debris I hadn't noticed, it also faced reliability issues, stopping after a few uses. It's a serviceable cleaner, but there's room for improvement.

Es una cubeta para limpieza por ultrasonidos y esterilización por UV. Es de tamaño adecuado para limpiar pequeños objetos, pero está más orientado a limpieza de prótesis dentales y objetos de higien dental. La potencia de limpieza en consecuencia es limitada, pero hace su función correctamente. Lo he probado con varios cepillos dentales y el resultado es satisfactorio. Tiene dos orificios en la tapa para introducir los cepillos dentales y que quede el mango fuera, protegido por unos labios de silicona para que no entren objetos extraños en la cubeta.El funcionamiento es muy sencillo. Solo hay que llenarlo de agua hasta la marca y añadir (opcionalmente) algún líquido limpiador. Luego introducimos los objetos a limpiar bien por la tapa o por los agujeros en esta y pulsar el botón de encendido. Tiene dos ciclos de funcionamiento. Al pulsar el botón una vez comienza el ciclo de limpieza continua con ultrasonidos y luz UV durante 5 minutos. Si s pulsa una segunda vez cambiará a un ciclo de 5 minutos de limpieza pulsante más UV y luego un ciclo de 5 minutos continuo. Después de pasado el tiempo el aparato se para. Es recomendable no dejar los objetos mucho tiempo en la cubeta después de la limpieza, ya que aunque se haya esterilizado con UV, aún pueden quedar patogenos en el agua que contaminen de nuevo los objetos.La limpieza de la cubeta es muy sencilla ya que está fabricada en inoxidable y no tiene esquinas o recovecos extraños. Solo hay que enjuagarla bien y secar con un trapo limpio o papel.Ocupa poco espacio y es un plus para la higiene dental, sobre todo para los que usen prótesis dentales.Obviamente se puede usar para otras cosas como limpieza de joyas y pequeños circuitos electrónicos, pero al no estar diseñado para estos fines la potencia de este aparato no es suficiente y después de este tipo de uso, lógicamente, quedará contaminado para meter cepillos de dientes o prótesis, con lo que tendremos que hacer un lavado y desinfección concienzuda antes de volver a usarlo para este fin. The media could not be loaded. Había probado otros sonicadores antes, incluso de los que se usan en el laboratorio, pero si es cierto que nunca había probado uno con luz ultravioleta. Estoy muy contento con esta adquisición, ya que limpia mis férulas dentales mucho mejor que yo con un cepillo eléctrico y en bastante poco tiempo, ocupa poco espacio y casi no hace ruido. No se recomienda hacer más de 3 ciclos seguidos, pero es que con uno, dos como mucho queda perfecto, además no ocupa mucho espacio. Es una compra muy recomendable si como yo, eres una persona que utiliza alineadores o férulas de descarga, ya que sabrás cuánto se ensucian en tan solo un par de días, las deja como el primer día, las ráfagas que emite en su programa más completo así como el pulso sostenido, cada fase de 5', dejan la férula como nueva, eliminando cualquier opacidad que tuviese o cualquier mancha.
