Very cool bike for kids.I purchased this for my 3yr old nephew.He was so excited when he opened the box.The bike was easy to assemble and it also came with decent quality tools as well.It was easy for him to learn how to balance with this bike.It has different speed settings as well.Low and high speeds.For now he will be using th slower speed until he gets better at using it.Charging the battery was quick. About 4 hrs.Battery life is pretty good.

The size is good and has room for adjustment when he gets bigger , easy assembly and came packaged amazingly! We were all highly surprised with the quality of this bike and happy. My son can use it for 3 hours without needing to stop and charge. We did order a extra batteryBecause he is little and doesn’t understand charging , the throttle as of right now doesn’t go until half turned but my husband has already spoken with the sellers and where very helpful and sending a throttle part. Still works and my son loves it! For reference he’s average height for 3 year old and doing amazing the speed on the lowest right now works for learning to use the hand break instead of his feet.

Had this bike a little less than a year and the battery will no longer charge. Very disappointing for the price and shelf life it had. Company reached out saying they would refund me but continued to ignore me.

Our 5yr old is absolutely obsessed with this electric bike. We wish it was a little taller but it is very comfortable for him and he feels safe on it because he can keep his balance very easy since it is closer to the ground. The battery life is much better than we had expected. He can ride for hours without it going dead which is an amazing thing for an impatient child. The size although smaller than expected seems to be perfect. It is a good speed for him as well because it doesn’t loose control easily. Definitely a happy camper over here.

My original order was a 16 Inch green. We received our package and was incorrect. It was a 12 inch red. They wanted me to return it for a refund and purchase another one but I wanted a replacement because I got a prime price. They said ok we understand.They sent me a label. I returned it. I got a replacement the correct green 16 inch bikeAssembled the bike, fairly easy charged the battery per instructions go to turn on All lights are green fully charged pull the throttle and it doesn't go. I Go on the page to find some troubleshooting figure out that I may need to open the housing to make sure the fuses are attached. Did that they were in fact, not attached. And the wires look a mess compared to the video I watched for trouble shooting 😳it looks like the wires were removed and glued back. Did I get a used repaired bike ? The picture is supposed to look like the video nice and neat. That's a concern since my child will be riding. Anyways I got it working .He finally got to ride it Saturday. In a large grassy area at the park . It started to make a loud noise. maybe coming from the housing area but I noticed part of the noise was a screeching It's coming from the brake disc I believe It's warped so every time it spins it's rubbing against the brakes.They're telling me I can't get a replacement because this is my second replacement, but in fact, it should be my first because they sent me the wrong one the first time, my son loves the bike, but hates the sound and I'm concerned about the wiring .my son has been looking fwd to riding with me unfortunately we've been disappointed twice. I really hope they make this right . As it was not a cheap bike .I'm hoping I get a return call or e mail from Amazon or Joanna the woman I spoke to who said I should be able to get a replacement or anyone to reply to my comment review...My some is 8 yrs old on the smaller side . This bike is light weight and seems durable besides the issues I've unfortunately had.Hoping I will be able to re write a positive review once my situation is taken care ofSend help

We bought a replacement additional battery along with the 16" electronic dirt bike from DNA via Amazon. Completely happy with the bike; my grandson, 7 years old, loves it! However, the additional battery we bought has only half the amps / energu output that the original one does. It takes just as long to charge, but if my grandson gets 5-10 minutes use of of it that's doing good. If I had known this I would never have bought it. The battery alone was well over $100 and not worth $20. Very misleading and deceptive practice for the sale of the battery, it should have been the same as the original. There was nothing in the ad to say it wasn't! Very disappointed. The bike however was great!
