I got these for my husband, who is on the shorter side at about 5'4" or 5'5". They do make you look 2-3in taller but after wearing them a couple of times they have flattened a little more than expected. They're somewhat thick and comfortable, pretty durable, but don't have much arch support like other insoles. They go into the shoe or boot with ease and can be thrown in the washer to clean.

It quickly developed a bed smell. Wouldn’t recommend!

The new one compared with my old green one is a bit thiner ( just feel , maybe not correct ) , but definitely more comfy and bounce feeling and not wet in hot . Wish more color available ! Nice product ！

Exactly what it’s expected

When I used to walk to and from university every day, my shoes would always give me discomfort after 25 minutes or so. So I invested in comfort heel inserts for all my pairs of shoes, which helped alleviate the pain.They fit well in my shoes and provide a noticeable boost in height. The honeycomb design offers great cushioning, making them comfortable for long walks, similar to my previous gel inserts but with added height. They're remained solid and effective in the couple months I've been testing them. These insoles are a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and a little extra height. Highly recommended!

I was so excited about these soles! I did the wrong thing to buy the 3 cm soles that can be put in soles and i tried them in my sneakers and my feet were outside the shoe hahaha! I have to try them in a boot or smthg! Sure thing is i am getting the 1.5 cm sole now hahahaha wish me luck!

Excellent and does a nice job of increasing height subtly however bear in mind that you foot is higher so your ankle will be exposed and also less support.

Ich benutze die 2,5cm Einlagen seit mehreren Wochen in zwei unterschiedlichen Paar Schuhen. Die Herstellerempfehlung der Schuhtypen passt sehr gut (2,5 cm bei „mid top“ Schuhen).Sie sind bequem, Federn nur leicht und erfüllen ihren Zweck. 1 Stern Abzug, weil sich die Einlagen nach ca. 10 Verwendungen etwas setzen und nachgeben, sodass effektiv knapp 2 cm „Boost“ bleiben. Die Einlagen sind auch sehr gut geeignet als Ersatz für die originalen Sohlen in Schuhe mit herstellerseitiger Erhöhung zum Beispiel Conzuri (dann 3,5 cm bestellen).Ich werde sie wieder bestellen.
