Excellent device
Nice to look at, and takes up very little space on the table.Performance is quite sufficient for home use. However, I still added RAM and replaced the SSD with a larger one. There is a fan inside for cooling, but it works very quietly and is completely inaudible. I am happy with the device. I can recommend it.

Working good yet cant be used for high load applications
Really a tiny powerful giant. Its an amazing machine n worth of its price. The only flaw is you cant use high utilization applications like autocad 3d smax or games with good graphics.

Great buy!
I received the product 4 days ago and its performance is per my expectation. Super fast performance, smooth multitasking and compact appearance. However, you have to arrange your own speaker as it doesn't have its own. Other than that, everything is perfect so far. Will update in future if any issues arise.

A very capable low power Mini PC
This Mini PC consumes very little power and runs quietly; perfect for school, home office work and software development. The SER4 model is also capable of some light gaming. Xbox 360-era games should run ok at 1080p low/normal settings 30-60fps. If you can stomach 720p 25-30fps low/very low settings then most PS4-era games will be accessible to you. There are some tuning utilities that tweak the power and graphics clock speeds but these really don't deliver much improvement and in my opinion are not worth bothering with.In general this Mini PC is quite well-optimised out-of-the-box. You might change the graphics frame-buffer size to 3 or 4 GB and tweak some fan settings in the BIOS but that's about all I would recommend.* The unit I received had a very noisy fan that worsened as the Mini PC warmed up. It was immediately obvious there was something mechanically wrong with it. I got in touch with the seller who provided excellent customer support, organising a replacement part without any fuss. The replacement fan was delivered a couple of days later and was easy to fit. This solved the issue. If you have a problem don't hesistate to reach out to their customer support using their Seller profile page. Click 'Ask a Question', when prompted click 'An item for sale', click 'Others' and leave a message to the seller. They can take up to 48 hours to respond but in my case I received assistance within 12 hours.

Excellent piece of kit
Took one minute to install second ssd and two minutes later everything was working and I was installing software. It starts almost instantly and is very quick really coping with things like Affinity Photo with other programs working in background.Really quiet, very cool, very small. Seems very well made and is proving to be an excellent piece of kit that represents superb value for money.

good device but a couple of niggles.
This appears to be a solid, well made device. Good finish and well laid out inputs. Setup was really easy. Connected a wireless keyboard and mouse, switched on and was looking at the Windows desktop screen in about 10 or so minutes. Don't connect WiFi until you are in Windows and can set it up from the taskbar. Now the niggles. I find that the wireless mouse can occasionally be a bit glitchy and won't move until it suddenly jumps a few centimetres. I've tried 3 different mice with the same result. The keyboard input has been a bit slow on odd occasions so that the occasional letter is missed. The bracket to attach this to your monitor is quite small and won't fit most TV vesa holes which are to far apart. Other than that I have no complaints. 4K video runs smoothly and the sound is fine via HDMI on my TV. Worth a punt if you can put up with the odd niggles.Update.Bought a Logitech MX master laser mouse and connected via Bluetooth and the glitches seem to have stopped. May be the fact that the keyboard and original mouse were connected via a unified dongle. Only a guess but the keyboard is fine and no mouse judder. Also did a Google search of the issue and discovered that, because of the size of the device, the USB ports are fairly close to the bits and pieces inside and this can cause the interference. Got a short USB extension cord and placed the unifying dongle about a metre away and have had no issues since.

Great little PC
I was thinking of getting an all in one desktop PC but as I already have a very good almost new 27 inch monitor and good quality speakers I thought I'd try this little PC instead. I'm so glad I did, It's lightning fast compared to my old huge noisy tower desktop machine. I've installed as a backup drive, a 500Gb SSD that I already had, it was pretty easy to do. A ribbon cable for the SSD is in the box but I'm glad to say that this is a spare and not necessary for the drive installation. I'm also very glad to see that my machine has two 8 GB Ram sticks for dual channel mode which is better than one 16GB stick. My one is very quiet, hardly making a noise even when editing videos. The speaker jack is on the front which isn't great for connecting speakers but it was easily sorted by using a USB to 3.5mm jack socket adapter and plugging in to one of the USB's on the back.My only slight gripe is the way it was sent out to me in the post. It came in it's box with just cellophane wrapping and my address label stuck on top. Not wery secure and not the way to send delicate electronics through the post. It should have been double boxed with cushioning material inside the outer box. I know we're trying to save the planet by cutting down on waste but it is only a small item.

Magic little box of tricks
I have a little music studio set up in my attic, and when I tried to upgrade Windows I discovered that I was using a really old pc! I decided to give this a try.First off is the size. It's crazy small! Set up was easy, and it does everything I want to do. It's fairly quiet (useful when recording) and if I had to find any negative, I would want more usb ports - but for the sake of a £20 hub I've dealt with that. All in all an impressive piece of kit and ideal for my needs.
