Dona Maria Mole Mexican Sauce 233g

This stuff is great. It’s expensive but it will last for around 5-10 servings depending on how much you use. Easy to rehydrate in a pan with some water. Will buy again for sprucing up Mexican meals cooked at home.

Makes up into a great mole sauce. For my mole I boil chicken thighs then use the boiling liquid in the mole. I love this product

as a Mexican food/culture lover, and also my step mum is Mexican, this mole is the most similar thing to her homemade one that I could find in England without buying in a market at the ridiculous overpriced product.

Delicious, but no english directions for use, so after using the entire jar in one go i figured it out. There are multiple meals here. The sauce as i said is delicious.

This is an excellent product to make my Mole, I’m so pleased that it is available on Amazon as hard to find. It is the authentic sauce to cook Mexican food. Good quality, good price and always packed well to shop. Highly recommend.

Arrived in loads of bubble wrap which was fantastic however was lots of dust on the product which was a bit annoying. But I don’t think it something many people buy

This is really good molé concentrated paste. You can add in all the seasonings, peanutbutter, abueleta, chocolate you want. It is a really good base for your molé dishes. My family enjoyed it very much and it made a dish that usually takes a long time down to at least half the time. Smells aromatic, taste delicious, super easy to use, the texture is thick and melts down in the pan or pot.

Si vous aimez la cuisine mexicaine et, en particulier le pole nero, il est possible de commander de la sauce noire (chocolat) épicée. Elle est dans un récipient en verre. Le tout est bien emballé. Cependant le couvercle n'est pas bien accroché et de l'huile s'en échappe un peu. Ce n'est pas grave cependant, juste un peu salissant;
