In love! Incredible machine and (so far) no issues. I’ve been using it for a month and it is definitely a game changer. Amazing for clients but also amazing to be able to work on yourself. More instructions would probably be helpful but there’s enough out there + just using and learning is always super valuable to forge your own path. Instant pain relief (and relaxation actually) and has fixed some long standing problems relatively quickly. To me, it’s worth every penny and a great value. I’ve HEARD the customer service is great but haven’t had to deal with it yet. Keys that aren’t always listed is to clean the machine (every time? It’s actually easy so not that big of a deal). Let it rest between sets (you will hear it “cool down”) and to lube the bullet weekly. Yeah super pleased. Just wish it was smaller/lighter for travel but it’s do-able. Highly recommend.

I bought the PSP10 and it has been a complete game changer. My manual work is fantastic, but this is the difference between building a house by hand and using power tools. The machine gets into trigger points without the need for the painful pressure, but gives an even better source of relief and relaxation. My clients are of all ages and they call it miraculous and futuristic. I can identify this on 90 year olds without compromising their tissues. It promotes lymphatic drainage and easily releases psoas and diaphragm. People don’t need the same recovery time as they usually do with a rehabilitative massage because there’s no damage to the tissue, so they want to be seen a few times a week rather than just once or twice. I like to use it in combination with the Rapid Release to further promote good blood flow and muscle hydration. I also will use it with PEMF. It’s a great tool to have on hand. I usually use levels 1-3 on backs, legs, stomachs, and shoulders and 3-6 on glutes depending how much tissue they have. The customer service is incredible. The team responds within hours of submitting requests and then overnighted me a new unit when I had an issue. I’m really happy to see this product on the market as an alternative to the overpriced Wasabi. It works just as well as the $60k machines I’ve used in plastic surgeons offices. The results speak for themselves. You can use this product on yourself pretty easily, as well as on clients. You do need to communicate with them if you aren’t great at knowing trigger points, but they will tell you when you get a good spot. I have two friends with MS and this is their favorite of all my machines. It eliminates the need for most of the deep work I would normally have to do and my results are better than my manual work. My most common settings are 2 intensity and 8 frequency. 3000 bps and then wait 3 minutes for the machine to cool. You have to wait even for the $60k units, so this is not really a problem. It IS noisy, but not overstimulating because the noise is consistent. I bought a bunch of disposable earplugs for my sound sensitive clients. You can get like 500 on amazon for $10. You can also cover their ears with a towel and it will help. I 100% recommend this product for anyone who does deeper or rehabilitation work- massage therapists, RMT, PT, even doctor’s offices should have these. Your Swedish people will not appreciate it unless they’re in pain and would let you go deeper.

As the head physiotherapist of a small private practice I can confidently say that having the PerVita Medical shockwave has elevated the way I treat my patients. I've seen very good results with common injuries such as rotator cuff tendinopathies, wrist sprains and even trigger fingers. These conditions which would usually take weeks to resolve, my patients have seen significant improvements within the first 3 sessions. Purchasing the "silicone" sleeve is also a must as some bony areas such as the wrist and elbow or for very sensitive patients can be quite painful.

I can’t say enough great things about the PSP10 that I purchased. So far it’s been extremely reliable, and the performance has been just as promised. The unit has a tremendous amount of flexibility in terms of the intensity the rate at which it provides vibration and the frequency. I did have some questions initially and the original Equipment manufacturer was fantastic to work with in terms of product support. I purchased this device and after about three uses it basically paid for itself when compared against the cost of getting a three pack of treatment from a medical provider.

This is an excellent Radial Shockwave machine...definitely medical grade. It was recommended by my chiropractor and after having received treatment on a very expensive medical unit, this is every bit as good. I already worked on a shoulder problem, which was fixed afterv 2 treatments and I'm using it for hip, back and foot neuropathy issues. This machime is solidly built, easy to use and all in all, excellent. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased this item as per the recommendation of a good friend. Gear received in a timely fashion although I needed to jump thru a few extra hoops to receive shipment in Canada. Nevertheless it was worth it. Shortly ( 2 weeks ) after receipt of product it stopped working. I was very unhappy and fully expected to be subjected to a usual run around and hassle. Nothing could be further from the truth. From my initial contact to final resolution, Jeff and his team were exemplary. I have never had such a super positive and supportive response from any vendor like I did with the PerVita group. They most definitely turned a negative scenario into a solution driven end result. Their quick response time despite working from China was the reason this review is a 5 Star. The product issue was resolved with a replacement compressor with very little associated downtime. I have no qualms about endorsing the product and if you find yourself requiring the After sales support team they are best I have ever experienced by far.
