Easy to swallow, good value, sleep very well when taking them and dose not form a habit

Update (September 6, 2024): Upon seeing my review, the seller contacted me to solve the product problem. I had already ordered another bottle (I need to sleep), and the new ones I received did not have the issues of the previous shipment. I genuinely appreciate the gesture (they could have done as so many other sellers/companies do and ignored my predicament but instead chose to be honorable, which I commend). Because of their willingness to correct the situation, the quality of the brand, and the cost, I will continue to order from them. I am upgrading my rating from a 3 to a 5 (to be clear, the seller did not ask me to do so). My reasoning is for the effectiveness of the sleep aid and the price for the quantity. You can find my original, unedited review below.I ordered this brand for the first time on February 18, 2024. I took a chance and am glad I did. I can only rest with this form of Sleep Aid ingredient (Diphenhydramine HCI), and this option worked incredibly well without any loss of effectiveness throughout the entire first bottle, so I did not hesitate to purchase it again. My new bottle arrived on Monday, August 26, 2024, with five days of the other gel capsules of the old left. Amazon delivered the package at precisely 3:54:20 PM (camera footage timestamp), and I met the driver at the door as they placed the package down and took a photo before departure. Unfortunately, I opened the new bottle on Saturday, August 31, 2024, and found the entire bottle's contents stuck together. I tried rattling them (for quite some time) with a force that usually breaks up other problem capsules, but that did not work. If it were not for the opening being smaller than the rest of the bottle, I could turn it upside down and empty the contents in one mass (that is how bonded together they are).I attempted to initiate a return or replacement with Amazon but found that the seller does not allow it. It is an unfortunate situation as I am sure the problem with the gel capsules did not occur in my possession as I always place my medication, vitamins, and OTC bottles in a dark, cool storage place (not in the bathroom like the majority). It has not even been hot in my region, either. While I rate the product and its effectiveness perfectly (it works and works well), I am writing this review as a warning to others. Unfortunately, there is no resolution if the product arrives in an unusable condition (as in my case). You will have to take the monetary loss if you encounter the same. I do not know how one would remedy such an outcome. Still, I hope that if there were a problem with product storage on the seller's end, they would evaluate and pinpoint where the issue begins and rectify it to avoid financial loss on the customer's end. Again, it is a great product, but resolving it requires spending more money to prevent it from becoming too hot before reaching you (and the same issue might occur; it is merely a gamble). As a result, I must re-evaluate purchasing this brand. Although it easily beats in-person prices at retail stores, the ability to hear the rattle (physically, before buying) would solve the problem.

Works well, easy to swallow & no next morning grumpy lack of sleep hangover

These are not fast acting in my experience. Sadly, I am having to take them around 3-4 hours before I want to fall asleep. They do work, but make sure to test them out for yourself and adjust the timing.

These 50 mg softgels dissolve quickly and reliably out me to sleep. I take one about 3 nights a week, otherwise you can build tolerance to them. Good price as well.

I usually buy a different brand of sleeping pills but this one popped up a couple bucks cheaper. When I opened the box though, the bottle was dirty and very sticky. Was just nasty. Yes I cleaned the bottle, but opening it in the condition that it was in, is not what a valuable customer expects to open.

I've had problems sleeping for some time. I used to get stuff from the grocery store. But it is harder to find these days. So I found these and they work. If I'm tired and sore I take three. But I wake up just fine in the morning. No fuzziness. They work, the price is right. They have no taste, but hey, its a softgel, not supposed to have taste. Yes they do work slow, but when they kick in, you best be ready to sleep. I will keep using them.

I have been a long time insomniac and try not to use pharmaceuticals they can help make you drowsy but they won't keep you to sleep or put you to sleep even with a hefty dose
