I wish I got a large instead of extra Large, but because it is pretty hard to remove the suit after you've sweated it's good. I will purchase again after I lose weight.Always have someone to help you remove it, all they need to do is pull the back down because it kind of gets stuck by the straps, but you can do the rest... But it's good quality suit, lightweight and comfortable. The performance is also good, you are guaranteed to sweat.

One of the best sweat outfits I’ve purchased, it’s easy to put on, the material is great and breathable, true to size. I just recommend hand washing for a longer use.

I bought two sizes XL and XXL. I highly suggest you Dont size up. Now this suit is hard to get out of initially however if you keep wearing it and stretch it up top it will eventually be easier after a couple wears. Now if you have someone at home you will be okay. I use this when walking, running and cycling. I do wish you you could machine was it. I would buy this again and keep the XL next time. I returned the xl because it was hard to get out off initially but the xxl was hard as well but after several use i was just fine.Get the suit and watch the sweat get to work. I get heated faster which cut down my warm up session and i can get to work.Train in the winter with this and be ready by spring…

The media could not be loaded. I only wear this suit two times and it literally blew my mind. I bought the suit to wear in the steam room and the sauna to maximize the effort. The first time I wear the suit it was good. It does what it supposed to do. I sweat a lot. The second time putting the suit on my mind was blown. I couldn’t believe it my thighs that used to rub a lot now is lightly touching no lie. It is lightly touching again It blew my mind. The only advice that I would give you about buying the suit is that by a size up because after you use it and sweat a lot if you buy something close fit to your body it’s gonna be difficult to come off because it’s just suck to your skin, which make it hard to pull apart and take off. I highly recommend buying this suit.

This is my first time buying a workout suit with this type of insulation. It does make you sweat if that is what you want. But it is very hard to get out of after your workout. It made me wonder if I should have gotten a bigger size. It does have a good fit I just need help getting out of it at the end of my workout.

This suit does not make you sweat; however it does fit like a body glove, sticks like glue. You will need another person to help peel it off. Shoulders are very narrow. Even after a moderate 20 minute workout - no sweat. Not worth the $$

Loving this!!I'm 5'5 135 lbs and purchased a size small. If I wasn't on a weight gain journey I would've gotten an XS.TIP: I noticed people saying they were having a hard time taking it off.......so wear this OVER your workout leggings and sports bra/ shirt. It's much easier to remove if your clothes are underneath the suit. I have 0 issues taking it off by pulling 1 arm halfway out of the suit.
