I take this w a blend of adaptogens, along w cordecepts, Rosemary extract, as recommended by a Dr. for arthritis especially related to autoimmune. I also add ashwaghanda & American ginseng, which makes it more potent for pretty bad adrenal fatigue & drastically improves sleep quality when taken at night on an empty stomach. This Rhemania is the only adaptation I’ve ever gotten a side effect from though, & causes dry mouth at a full dose. I take 1/2 morning and night, and just that small dose makes my joints feel noticeably better, and at one point I was only using 1/3 of one of these tablets at night, on an empty stomach & even that helped joint substantially.Just wanted to put that out there for the millions of Americans w arthritis,but if it’s substantial I highly recommend ProOneZyme, which reduced my arthritis pain by 90% naturally & has done the same for everyone I’ve recommended it to. I followed directions perfectly for one week. 3X day between meals. I rate my average physical and mental energy between 1 through 10 with 1 being dragging needing multiple naps and 10 being maximum energy for my age. The day prior to my first dose I was a 3. The first day on Rehmannia was a 10! I thought Wow! This is amazing. The second day was 8. The third day was 7. The fourth day was 5. The fifth day was 3. The sixth day was a 2. The seventh day was a 1. Sadly I did not notice any change in tinnitus ringing of my ears.

Just the fragrance picks me up. Sometimes I just open the bottle to smell it. The effect is subtle, but it is definite. I suffer from a thyroid autoimmune disorder and read about this from a popular thyroid site. It definitely picks me up and also gives a little boost if I feel ill for any reason.

I love the Planetary Herbal Products - I feel they're made with the best ingredients, and they usually do as they say they will. I'm always looking for a product to give me energy because I have chronic fatigue - I'm always exhausted! So far I haven't found anything that has had a lasting effect. The Planetary Herbals Schizandra worked really well for me for awhile, but then pooped out, so I tried this Rehmannia, but alas, it didn't give me the energy I'm looking for. Although, it does help a bit, so it's not a total bust - so I'm just taking off one star, and it has to be taken with a grain of salt for anyone not suffering from chronic fatigue or FMS, hypothyroid, or anemia. Anyone else it might work well for, but the Schizandra was completely awesome until it just pooped out on me - maybe I just needed a break from it.I sent this product with our daughter when she went overseas - so she wouldn't suffer jet lag. She and her friend raved about it! They tried both this and the Schizandra, and thought they both helped avoid any drag at all! They took Melatonin at night, and said they avoided any problems with the time difference!
