Bought these as tired of wet feet when playing winter golf. They are significantly cheaper than other brands but after several rounds feet are completely dry. The socks still allow feet to breathe and keep them warm. They will work for any outdoor pursuits in wet conditions. I wish I bought them years ago.

I ran the tap over these as a first test, amazing result. Just come back for a very wet week camping and these are 100% a great buy, will be buying a spare pair

I like them. I use them for windsurfing. They make my neoprene boots fit better so they don't fill up with water and threaten to float off my feet! They do get water inside but that's because they are submerged in the sea and it comes in the top. I suspect if you use them for walking and stand in puddles then they will work as designed. You can fill them up with water and it holds it like a balloon so it shows they are indeed waterproof.

It does keep your feet dry in water ..well worth the reduced price paid!

Was a bit sceptical as to how good these would be but for the price was willing to take a punt.I've got a super comfortable pair of old hiking boots that leak like a sieve but I can't find new ones as comfy so wanted to try waterproof socks as an option.Worn them for a 20k hike including 1200m + of ascent over seriously boggy ground and was delighted (and surprised!) to find I had dry feet at the end of it!5* from me
