Arrived mostly all in crumbs. The treat is very light and fragile. My fur-baby loves it, but I have to put it in a bowl, as it is almost like powder with a few formed pieces.UPDATE: Received another shipment free of charge. Packaging was great! (I pray the packaging does not cause the price of the treats to increase.) The treats are whole. My fur-baby has allergies and is on a duck diet. High-quality duck treats are difficult to find. Thank you for your exceedingly quick response. Will definitely purchase again.

The best product testimonial I can give these treats is this:Every morning when it comes time for Freya (our 3yo greyhound) to go into her crate she scurries off to the furthest corner of the house she can find in the vain hopes I’ll just give up and let her stay loose (mind you we live in about a 600 sqft apartment). Since my dad got us a bag of these treats she now goes and waits in her crate each morning after her walk in anticipation.Also, we took our bag to MaddTree, the local dog-friendly brewery, and shared some with the various furry friends Freya met there. I give both my dog and cat these freeze dried treats. Our cat is 15 years old is very picky, so he is always a good gauge on what treat is good or not. Our older cat is not the quickest eater and with many missing teeth, the dog will snatch up any treats the cat is slowly working on. However, this was the first freeze dried treat the cat devoured before the dog could steal! The duck flavor is nice and different and not typical. The cubes of freeze dried meat are light and airy and I did not need to break-up for the cat, he had not issue 'chewing' these with limited teeth. The cat has an allergy to chicken, so this excludes many treats for us to try. We will definitely keep this treat in our rotation!

we have a very picky dog, she's very picky on treats and normal meals. we've put this on a some meal times and she's gobbled it down. We are going to buy more! I love this

My pug has a very sensitive stomach. We are currently using low ingredient zignature duck dog food but I wanted to find something for her to have as a treat. She absolutely loves these and I’m so happy her skin doesn’t break out due to them being a one ingredient product. Any little crumbs in the bottom of the bag just get dumped into on top of her food.
