Thats all you need to prepare for when it comes in, I ordered a small and thought it wouldn’t fit me but it fits me perfectly. Holds lots of liquid. Great if you have potty issues. It is slightly noticeable though clothes but as long as you don’t wear form fitting clothes you’re ok.
