Depends how you want to look at it.
I sourced mine through a local dealer, I work in maintenance and operations as a lead floor tech. Maintaining about 25000 sqr ft of flooring. This has been a life saver in terms of hitting the right corners and underneath tables. It leaves the floor damp if anything and usually dries within a few minutes 5-10 at most and that's with the heavy setting. Battery life is where it lacks. Usually get about an hour to hour and half out of a full battery.

this is a overall decent machine. not for big jobs as the battery life last an hour if you’re lucky. more efficient for small spaces.Disclosure- i sourced mine locally did not buy on amazon
