These lights have out performed my expectations we have over 20 of these in two of my building and ranging from 2 years old to a couple months and have not had one single issue with any of them. Easy to install and much brighter than our gold high bay halogens!

We had an electrician hang these lights in our shop, an auto repair shop. We bought 16 of these and have been using them since Jan of 2020. Today at 11.34am one started smoking we saw and smeilled the smoke. They are mounted on the ceiling of the shop about 18 foot overhead. My husband noticed that the light was on fire which you can see if you zoom in on the picture. Luckily this happened during the day while we are open. Our employees and my husband cleaned out below where the light was mounted and then positioned the forklift under it. My husband was able to sit on the forklift and get lifted with a fire extinguisher and put out the fire. We are trying to come up with a fail safe to mount them and if they catch on fire they will fall away from the ceiling. An idea we had was to mount each with a six foot chain and a plastic link that would fail if on fire but the chain would keep it from falling on fire to the floor. Would like to have someone from the manufacturer call us, if they read this review. We have the entire incident on video as it was captured by our security system.

For the most part they exceeded my expectations. Excellent light!.. The reflective metal surround was very thin and of a lower quality than expected and the small screws are not size matched to the slotted hole they go into but none of this affects the light quality or brightness. I would recommend these lights!

I like the price point and the performance that these lights came with. What I dis-liked was that I ordered 4 and then later another 4. The shades of the first 4 are different than the second set of 4. Visually noticeable, some. Different reflected light, noticeable, yes.

Purchased a 4 pack to replace 4-400w Metal Halide High Bay fixtures in a steel, warehouse style building used as a bodyshop with 35' ceilings. These definitely put out more visible light than the Metal Halides they replaced and have a decent spread to the light from the height we mounted them. It is also a "Cleaner" looking color of light. The reflectors are thin and pretty cheap but they weren't damaged in shipping and during install and now they are 25' up so they should be just fine. They really don't do anything anyway, the leds have their own optics built in. Overall, I al very pleased with the lights, no issues so far. All worked fine when installed. All were wired using 240v but also temporarily tested using 120v. I will update the review if I ever have any issues.

I bought these for my husband. He keeps raving about how much he loves them and thought the cost was extremely reasonable. Easy to install. BRIGHT!

Replaced about 20 ea. metal halide 400w high bay lights with these 200w led.The led lights are brighter than the metal halides and so far have worked great with no problems. Instant light when turned on and no waiting if power is interrupted to come back on. Have only been in service about a month.Put 10 in 5 years ago ,8 have gone out now ,wouldnt recommend

One very dim after two weeks after install due to construction delays return period past if delayed in instal at least conect to power and make sure they work all failed just like Ebay now faulty product sold by dishonest company's that sell stuff then disappear
