The classic and beloved Night Before Christmas holiday story, featuring The Elf on the Shelf ! When the Elf on the Shelf attempts to make his way back to the North Pole on Christmas Eve, things don't go exactly as planned. Now, it’s up to the Elf on the Shelf to save Christmas morning for a very special child. This heartwarming retelling is told in beautiful rhyme and comes with three festive holiday incentives, including a letter to Santa, elf-themed wrapping paper, and Elftastic stickers! Review: WOW A Wonderful Book! And Great Alternative To The Elf On The Shelf Original Book - Disclaimer : The Elf did not come with the book. I purchased the elf here on desertcart for under 10$! I must say, what an incredible book. The story, and most importantly the incredible vibrant and detailed illustration! I felt like a child when I opened this book and looked through it. Aside from the video, I wanted to incorporate my review in writing, with more detail. Upon opening, the wrapping paper is the first thing you’ll see. It’s very thick, and is definitely enough to wrap something small or even the book. Maybe a keepsake, or repurpose for something else crafty. I want to put it in my scrap book as a background. The post card/ letter to Santa is of amazing quality as well. Very thick, sturdy card stock. And not a waxy material like the book pages, so you can write in pencil, pen, marker without it smudging! The stickers are adorable and I love how they’re inclusive for a variety of skin tones. I think that’s amazing for the kids, to see their skin tones incorporated and not left out. I have a biracial son, so it definitely increased my rating. I can’t get over the vibrant, magical illustrations! I mean, wow I felt magical just looking over it. Everything pops out with colors and detail; without being overwhelming. It’s perfect. I could go on & on about this book, I’m incredibly satisfied with my purchase and glad I chose this book to go along with our new friend - the ELF. My son is one, almost two and I decided to introduce the Elf this year. He’s not quite getting the idea of Christmas, but he loves books and books are his way of getting introduced to new things. Lastly, I have searched and searched all over for “Elf On The Shelf” and quickly realized they are typically sold as a set. You get the Elf and the Special Book. Well, they’re being priced at about $30-$36 dollars and that’s anywhere you go. I couldn’t fathom spending that, at least not when my toddler isn’t really going to appreciate one of those sets just yet. But even so, I actually prefer this book version. And the Elf I purchased here on desertcart is the same Elf that comes in those expensive sets. They have all different kinds of Elf’s to fit everyone’s needs and wants. All together I spent 14$ on both the Elf and the book. That’s more than half the cost. Sure, it would be nice to have a hard copy, to maybe preserve the books life but I’d rather replace a book that cost a fraction over the years than an overly priced one. You get phenomenal illustrations plus 3 extra surprises! It really is a great deal and a great book. I’m so excited to gift this to my son and see his eyes light up. Highly, highly recommend to any parent, teacher or anyone who wants to spread some holiday magic! Review: Super cute - Super cute. My son made me read it every night before bed even after Christmas

Very cute!
This is not the exact Night Before Christmas book. It is a version that is based upon the Elf on the Shelf. It is such a cute book and a perfect addition to the use of an "elf". I read it to my preschoolers at my childcare center during our Christmas party and they loved it. Lots of stickers included also. Highly recommend!

PESIMO

Very cute
Very cute little story, older one learned night before Christmas last year. We received another one to that song. It was the only book she would read till I said must go away with Christmas stuff. Looking forward to elf bringing it this year.
