No instructions
Great product. Assembly Instructions would have been nice.

Ok so far...
Well... so far it’s ok. I say that with caution. It’s a pain without instructions. And it doesn’t seem to fit “perfectly”. But it’s on and the tour pack can be put on and removed with little effort. I haven’t ridden with it yet so I’ll update after a trip. 2006 Electra Glide

No instructions. Latches don't katch well. Look on YouTube for help locatating bolt positions
This fit fine on my 2001 Ultra Classic. Without YouTube videos of others who struggled with the lack of instructions, diagrams, or any assembly guidance it would have been more difficult. I was disappointed that once I had it installed I found nobody makes a simple back rest that is compatible. This is a rear Mount and back rests attach to front mount type, I have seen other Harley that have both front and rear mounts which may be my next upgrade to my bagger.Update: I have even using my bike with the tour pack on and off and after getting ready for a trip I put the pack on, I noticed that the latches don't clamp well at all. I washed the bike and was riding to blow off some water before wiping down. I went over a speed bump and the tour fell off crashing to the ground! I was lucky with only minor damage to the upholstery but the frame that came with the kit bent pretty badly. I pushed it with my hand and it bent back with amazing ease. I have heard of cheap steel before but wow! This is the flimsiest material I've ever seen! I now have it secured with tie wraps as I am leaving on a trip. It looks like the latches are just a very poor design, and the plastic bushings where they clamp are waxy and get all chewed up. When I get back I'm going to look into modifying it so it is safe. Glad it didn't happen on the highway. Bumps and potholes are everywhere!

No instructions!
The kit is built well and the fit is decent. Only slightly off in fit. Disconnect mufflers, and keep everything loose, including lower bag brackets1, fender and strut brackets. No included instructions made it pretty difficult to guess where everything went. Trying to search the internet, or contacting the seller for instructions takes time. Often A LOT of time. I had to assemble and disassemble it several times to find the proper spacing to use a detachable tour pack. Much of the hardware wasn't used, and didnt fit. At least for this application (2003 Electra Glide). Simply providing a detailed instruction sheet would've made it a lot easier, and would allow me to give it at least 4 stars.. maybe 5?! Bottom line is that it's a good value compared to the factory part, but difficult to install without instructions.

Locktight
Lots of bad comments about instruction. If you own a bike and don't know how to assemble simple things like this mount, you probably are the guy who takes the bike to the dealer. The product is what it is. It mounts just fine and locks in with no problem. If you want Harley quality, than go to Harley!

Not a single spacer worked, nor bolt
Bought this kit for my 98 Electra glide, I’d rather not have one, but for the wife’s comfort, I chose to get this kit. Poor choice. Save the money and buy one for HD or hogworks. Bushings are garbage, take 15 minutes to get the latches to lock because the spacing isn’t correct. The spacers they sent me where not machined large enough for the bolts given. Zero instructions but I guess If you’re not dumb, you can easily figure it out. Been workin on Harley’s for over 4 years and never had this much of an issue. Guess that’s what you get for buying something cheap. I’ll see how it holds up over time. Considering not to even run it, and buy the kit off HD. I’d hate to see my $2000 paint job get ruin, because that’s not something I can just order already color matched when the tour pack comes flying off.

Not all the parts
Good for the money. But they did not ship all of the mounting parts, and some of the bolts not long enough to mount trunk on, and the company does not respond back. Had to buy new bolts to mount
