This Scrambler 100 ebike is our first ebike. My husband is not a typical online shopper and was just looking at ebikes in general as a Christmas gift, and accidentally ordered this lol! Ok! So we just went with it because it looked good and the price was right! We got the standard Magic Gray model because that was what he was looking at. (Had I had a choice, I would've chosen/added fenders with rear rack model, but more on that later!)Out of the box, it was well cushioned, packaged extremely well, and immaculate! The first thing we noticed after it was cleared of packaging was the heaviness of the bike, like this machine is going to be very durable. The paint job is so wonderful, what a sheen it has on the Magic Gray!! 🤩 It was quick to assemble and according to the manual we charged the battery as directed. It only took 3-4 hours which on other brands we have seen it taking a much longer charge time.We took it on a little test run, and it was powerful, yet quiet. The seat is super comfortable. As soon as you peddle it will kick right in! Hang on!! Lol! I'm sure as we get used to this it'll come natural, and we definitely can adjust the peddle assist as well, we are still learning.Since it is winter here, the weather is pretty cold for biking so we do plan to utilize it more as weather permits. We have an airplane so we can take this folding bike on it and have land transportation after we disembark too. My husband will use it on his trip to OshKosh, the national air show, to get around the show. We have typically taken regular folding peddle bikes, but this will be a step up!Now for the great customer service. We liked this bike so much, that we wanted to buy a second one. We plan on using these to ride to work instead of driving our cars, to save on gas. So, we did order another, and got the Magic Black w/fenders and rear rack. I contacted the seller about buying an extra set of fenders and a rear rack for the first Magic Gray bike, because their Amazon store did not have any currently available. They were quick to reply and after a few messages back and forth, they said they wanted to send me what I needed at no charge. My mind was blown! I mean I repeatedly really tried and said I was very happy to purchase these parts but they would not hear it! They so much want to please their customers and promote good will. That just showed us that this is a company that wants to serve the customers to their best ability, and that spoke volumes to us!I wholeheartedly recommend the Oraimo company and their Scrambler 100 ebike! You will love it!

Best customer service out if any item I’m ever purchased hands down, TOP QUALITY, great look and easy assembly, always getting compliments, the bike is great over all and is built better than I honestly excepted.Folds great and compact, charging is fast, seems to have good overcharge protection, throttle is responsive and so is the peddle assist.No issues until I got hit by a car, the bike honestly saved me from getting more hurt because it didn’t just collapse like most bikes would in that situation.Great companyHave had a few people convince to purchase their ownIf review all their products if I couldWill add pictures when possible

The bike has a lot of torque and a beautiful paint job. I live in a neighborhood with lots of steep hill's It rides up the hill's with no hesitation. It's so much fun to ride. The breaks squealed at first, so I cleaned the breaks and rotors with acetone and sanded the breaks a bit with fine sandpaper. They no longer squeal.They have great customer service. They answered every question I had before and after I purchased the ebike. I will definitely buy from this company again.

Has plenty of power. Handles better than expected and easy to own. Had a 500 watt mountain bike that was fried after one ride sent it back. This bike is not as feature rich but it goes... Bigger than expected and solid. Bought rechargeable lights and a bell for $20.00 and now it's my favorite ride to Mardi Gras parades and the store. I leave the F150 and Harley in the Garage unless it's raining or more than 7 miles to my destination. Oh I'm 66, not in the best shape and live in a very hilly area. Installing the front wheel instructions are tricky. They conflict. I found the picture worked. You will see. Njoy

All the name brand electric bikes are a couple thousand... this bad boy from (some OEM Chinese manufacturer) goes toe to toe with them just fine. Acceleration is extremely snappy, handling is alright, and battery life is monstrous - I charge maybe once a week as a college student using it with pedal assist.The only downside is that the right handle is a little finicky because the throttle is a twisting type and eats into the handle space for your hands. Putting the thing together by myself was also a bit of a pain, but the fact that the bike folds (they don't advertise that!) makes it worthwhile.You might have to adjust the disc brakes so they don't grind on neutral - look up a video so you're aware of which bolts to loosen/tighten on the brake assembly.

This review is written after 5 months' of purchase. Don't buy this item!At the very begining, everything was fine. Starting on the 3rd month of purchase, when I turn the acceleration pedal, the motor is exhausted and giving out very laud noise. I am very worried the motor will stop working suddenly one day. The battery life dramatically decreased. I only ride for 10 miles and it completely ran out of battery from full.Also, despite it has a powerful motor, but it has a speed limit for 20mph. It is indeed very slow. I have asked the customer service, how to unlock the speed limit. It is quite common to unlock the speed limit in China. However, the customer service said, for your physical and MENTAL health... WTF is that? My mental health? Originally the customer service PROMISED that they will ship me a lcd display asap in Early January. Then they said it is out of stock on January 15. After then I asked them again ob Feb8, they said they have spring festval break. Then I have asked then again on March 21,24,26, they simply ignored my message and refuse to help.Overall, the seller is Chinese and even deceives on Chinese customers. Therefore, if you are not Chinese, you can imagine what will happen.It is frustrating to have this kind of bad seller.

Durable, sharp looking, fast charging, smooth riding, and handles weight better than most! The only thing I would improve on would be the tire s. The tread could be thicker.
