Wear them every day
Side band broke on me. Im still wearing them everyday. Had to bend the broken piece outwards because it was poking into my skin. And man it hurt.

Very good product. My knee was badly hurt from ski. Can't even walk. Some friend recommend this. After putting it on, I can walk to bus, subway and office. Very comfortable. Provide tight support to my knee and muscle.

Sizing Inaccurate - Very tight thighs, loose calf
I bought these for my husband. I measured per the instructions. His thigh measured 16.5” at 4” above the knee. Since it was barely in a small and he is a very tall male, I ordered a size larger. Even with a larger size, the thigh is so tight it is constricting and cannot be worn. The calf is loose. I cannot comment on the effectiveness as it cannot be worn.

This is too tight on the thigh areas, lose on and around the knees and a little lose below the knee. I have to cut part of the thigh areas because it’s cutting my circulation! I was thinking to pick return them but it’s more costly to do so. Didn’t advise my athletic nieces and nephews to buy it.

Perfect fit for my knees
