What are the best for replacement, I looked at some and they are paper thin plastic?

I opened the box and was pleased with the quality. I dare say they are comparable to factory. Installed and was pleased with the look and durability they provided.

This will fit a 1" to 2 3/8" OD pipe.

Does this cap come with mounting screws?

I don’t think it comes with screws. Been a couple years since I bought these. I always use my own stainless steel screws.
