Wow this is a nice little massager. Great for the lower back! It has a nice mild vibration with a just right heat setting. The size is nice making it not big and bulky and easy to take with you. I am even going to try it in my truck. Later I will try it on my shoulders but right now it feels too good on my lower back.

So far I am loving this pillow. It's comfortable, and the heat is a little lower than I am used to but it's still feels really good and helps with lower back pain. The reason this is getting 3 instead of 5 stars is when I got the pillow it told me to email them to register for my warranty, and the email address that I sent it to failed. So let's keep our fingers crossed that this doesn't fail.

I have always, like many, suffered from lack of lumbar support in an office chair. Doesn’t matter if it states it has it, it never does. Howe ever, this heated lumbar support pillow has fixed that! I used it for a full eight hours yesterday and I do love how it hugs my lower back. It is easy to add onto any chair. The cord is long enough that it doesn’t snag on my chair or anything. The heat is the perfect amount of heat to keep my lower back feeling good. I don’t love the vibration feature. I tried multiple times throughout the day and couldn’t come around to it. It provides me more comfort without the vibration. I do like the self timer feature. I also like how you can dim the heat if it does become too much for you. Overall, I would recommend this product, and have already to my fellow coworkers.

Due to chronic lower back pain, I wanted to try this Cili Lumbar Support Massage Cushion. The cushion feels comfortable for my lower back. I have back pain every morning when I get up and I use this with the vibration and heat features. I could take the high level of heating even warmer, but it still helps as it is. The three vibration modes provide choice preferences for users. The timers for the massage and heat functions automatically turn off these features when needed so that I don’t have to monitor the time and turn them off manually. I just manually turn off these functions if I need to stop using the cushion before the timers expire. I also like the fact that this cushion uses an AC power outlet, so there is no need to continuously change batteries like other massage cushions that I’ve used.

After the first pillow stopped heating after a few months I ordered another one. This one stopped heating after a few months also. So I filed a claim under their 1 year warranty. Received an email from Leah saying so sorry to hear that the pillow stopped working and to send the pillow back (I pay the postage). She said, then send her an email with the tracking number and when she receives the pillow she will send a replacement. I did that. After a couple of weeks I sent Leah another email with a photo of the tracking receipt showing that the package was delivered and asked her when was she going to send the replacement pillow. No response. After another week I tried one more time. Again, with a photo of the tracking record, I asked her to please make this right before I leave a review on Amazon. Totally ghosted. So, here’s your review Leah. Great job for your underhanded company! Amazon customers—my pillows stopped working. They asked me to PAY to have the pillow sent back for their non-existent warranty.

Great back support pillow for a desk chair or even a couch. The strong vibration, quick heat, and thin design make this a great value for the money. Convenient straps in the back ensure it doesn’t move after it has been set up. This is even great for an office as it can be easily moved and put away with the velcro attachments on the straps. This provides significant relief for any back pains or soreness from long time sitting at a desk. Definitely a very good value for the price.

The CILI lumbar support pillow is made of good quality memory foam, which is soft enough when you feel it but also hard enough to support your lower back. It definitely helps a lot with back posture for people like me who are sitting for long periods. I like that it works both in my office chair and in the car (no heating or vibration in the car though, just a lumbar pillow). It’s also easy to use — just strap it on and you’re good to go. When it is plugged in in my office, the combination of vibration and the heating s works a magic in reducing my pain in the lower back since the heating keeps my back warm and the vibration helps the blood circulation. I like the prolonged heating for as long as four hours in a cold day- almost spans the whole chilly morning. You can choose to heat for 2 hours, 1 hour or zero hour though. The design looks nice and professional, and the shape fits my lower back as well as I hoped. Overall, a solid lumbar support if not plugged in, and the extra function of heating plus vibration to boost your muscle when plugged in.
