They are okay the elastic is shorter that I would have thought hence 4 stars good for the money. I bought these as I had an operation on my lower leg so it was to protect the Wound if I went into the garden etc

Comfortable and effective shin pads
These fit over your feet initially with comfortable elasticity strapping to hold the lower end of the pad in place and give some ankle protection, while the upper end is secured with a Velcro ended strap. The longer edge of the pad goes to the outside of the leg. You put the pads on BEFORE putting your socks on. Not expensive, good value.Comfortable and effective, super.

Too small
Well, the title does read adult AND junior size. Joke's on me, I guess, for not checking the size chart better because a size M is definitely too small for an adult. The quality is very cheap-looking to boot so I'd say go somewhere else with your money, don't waste it on this product.
