We passed the pillow to a good lady friend who as a disability and she has been very pleased with her gift.She as too sit up in bed while having her treatment and as to sit for long periods.

Well this disappoints very much don't be taken in by photos it's much much smaller than the perspective in them tells you not firm at all buyer beware
