Unfortunately, the item delivered bears little resemblance to what was shown in the photos or described in the advertisement. There is a clear and substantial discrepancy between the product displayed and the one actually received. The item is extremely thin, of noticeably poor quality, and does not carry any manufacturer’s name or recognizable brand, which raises serious concerns about misleading representation in the listing. I am leaving this comment in good faith to warn other buyers not to rely solely on the images or description provided in the advertisement, as the product delivered is significantly different in terms of quality and specifications. Such a discrepancy between what is advertised and what is supplied cannot reasonably be considered a minor variation, it suggests clear misrepresentation of the product.

Comfortable and cooling, but takes time to adjust The pillow feels great and stays cool all night, which helps with comfort. It gives good neck support, but I still wake up with slight neck pain sometimes — maybe just needs more time to get used to it. Overall, still a quality pillow.

Smells of chemicals. Can’t be used..

It is useless except if you have specific neck lenght and you sleep specific position (and do not move all the night) I assume it is good for robots only

I'm a side sleeper who also uses a rather large wedge pillow (with a head pillow on top) to help with my sinuses and sleep apnea. I was getting to where I had daily pain upon waking, in my neck and upper back. Now every night since getting this pillow, I have slept better and woke with no pain or stiffness. It feels so nice when you settle in to go to sleep, the cradling effect of the pillow. For the first couple nights, I was using the opposite edge of the pillow, what they refer to as the lower sleep side. I felt the cervical support side was too stiff and too high. Finally on the third night I took out the extra foam piece and tried the cervical support edge again, and now it's perfect. The included manual doesn't explain this, but to remove that piece or take the case off to wash it, you simply unsnap the button which runs through the middle. It's a metal snap similar to a western shirt or coat button. I have no complaints about the pillow except in my case, the side arm supports just don't do it for me. I naturally want my arm under the pillow, but even that works better with this one, because the weight of my head is always in the middle so I can tuck an arm under without waking up with it being numb. Highly recommended!

Buy this you’ll sleep better! Especially if you sleep on a sailboat! Great!

No more neck and back pain. Especially myself with neck operation it is perfect for me. Anyone with shoulder or neck pain I would recommend these pillows
