I bought this tent Aug. 22, 2022, A YEAR AGO!!!!!!!
I take my only vacation in VA every year for a week long camping trip after Labor day. When I got there last year and set this 6-person Outdoor Master tent up it was easy and quick. Only 10 minutes by myself the first time. I only had one problem I noticed over week. There was one of the front pole latches that kept giving throughout the week and the tent would drop on that side. I thought it was just me. I put some tape around pole above latch to keep it from completely falling on me in my sleep. I came home stored it till this year. I got it out to prep for this year's trip and as soon as I turned my back the whole tent was down. I tried everything level ground, stakes, tie down rope, and anything I could think of trying to figure out why. I was moving it to a new spot to see if it was because of where I had it for the second time. At this point I found the culprit. There was a pole on backwards. I have two weeks to go till my trip at this point. I'm stressing because I didn't want to buy another tent because the black out part in VA in an open field with the sun and 90 degree weather was a life saver. Could I even get one in time? I checked to see if there was a warranty which there wasn't that I saw. I decided to get in touch with customer support to see how I could fix this myself. I had very little expectations after almost a year. I think I was two days before a year. I sent email wanting to see if there was a way to fix this issue or if I could buy a new pole. The initial process of opening the case was a day to reply. After that most my emails were replied to with in the hour. It took longer for me to get back to them then they did me. Aileen was awesome at responding at 1am my time. They asked for pictures of the defect.I sent them and explained the issue. After I was asked for my mailing address. Any questions I had were reponded to quickly. They gave me the shipping and ETA on order right away. I decided to get tent ready to fix the pole when it came. We was looking at it and didn't see how this could be done. I got back in touch with Customer Support asking if they was sending the pole and wondering if there was instructions on how to install. I was informed that I wasn't getting a pole, I was getting a whole new tent. At this point I'm estatic. WOW!!! I was just thinking a pole and I got a whole new tent. The tent came today on time as stated in the email. It is a week before my trip. I'm not a review person but this deserves one. Today u

Instructions a mess, bars twist very easily
I set this tent up to check it out and assess it before I go camping next weekend. So far it's pretty good for the price, only two complaints:Instructions: I bought the 6 person tent, and the instructions are combined with the 4 person size, so it can make things rather confusing.Stability: I've seen some complaints about the Stability and I'm worried mine might have the same issues. During set up and tear down, the bars twist very very easily, making things much more difficult than necessary. Also a warning for anyone, get help setting up! Due to the blackout material, any bit of wind turns the rainfly into a sail!So far, I think it'll be a win. I'll know more once I test it out for real.

Easy set up, however if you want some space go for the 6 person
The media could not be loaded. I purchased the 4 person tent. I found it extremely easy to set up,tear down and very compact. I did both by myself with ease. I would definitely say it's best for single person, or two people. 4? No way!It did fit a queen size, thick(18 inch) air mattress. However it must blown up inside as the doors are small (I would suggest a small portable generator) It left very little room, enough for a side table and bags and quite frankly it pushed out the sides of the tent. So I would suggest a twin size mattress and a thin one. Or perhaps a cot or two. However it was perfectly cozy for fall camping as the temps did get down into the 30's and there was only 2 of us.The blackout technology is a game changer if you're the type who likes to sleep in (I definitely am) it works! It Also seemed to handle rain and wind pretty great. There was some condensation in the AM, on the inside from all the cold but nothing troublesome. There were only two design flaws. The seam on the zipper of the door made it a bit irritating to open/close but a simple solution is to just keep the opening zippers on the opposite of the door. Other flaw was a very small patch of the blackout material, by the door, seemed to be worn and had some tiny spots that shown through but nothing that impedes on anything. All in all I would recommend this tent, but if you like some space, go with the 6 person.

Quick setup
The instructions are confusing so I watched a video posted in one of the reviews on how to set it up. Really you lay it flat and then pull on the sides until they lock in. We had one side that was a bit trickier than the other 3 but it went up quickly. Would be easy for anyone to assemble. We purchased the 6 person based on the reviews that it is not a 6 person tent. I think you could get 2 adults and 2 kids if you tried and had no other items in the tent. I don't know how small the 4 person tent would be.

It survived a literal mini hurricane
Google blue ridge rock festival 2023. This tent not only survived 60+mph gusts, hail, and torrential downpour. But it also kept all of my stuff completely dry the entire time. I HIGHLY recommend this tent.

Love this dark room tent .

Holds up!
This tent stands up to the heat really well. While most of my campmates at Shambhala were cooking alive in their tents, I was nice and cool. Easy enough to pop up. not instant, but not terrible. Seems well constructed.

Great quality, water-proofed tent
We used this tent to picnic as a windbreaker. It rained heavily all of a sudden. We (5 adults and a 4 year-old kid in total) immediately ran to the tent and stayed inside for around 1 hour. The tent was really great to prevent water leaking. We kept dry and feel satisfied with the quality of the tent.

So Far I Love It!
For those who said you can’t stand up in it, I suspect they actually received the 4 person tent because I’m 5’7 and there is plenty of head clearance. I just took it fall camping in Ontario and the wall are thick that I didn’t lose any heat from my heater. Unfortunately, the blackout walls work so well that I slept in much longer than I had intended. ;). The front and back doors are dreamy…huge! And the fact that the side walls are nearly full screens and zip from inside make this tent the perfect summer tent too. The only downside is that the base of the tent is pretty cheap. I see it tearing easily…I’d still buy it again because everything else is so great. Easy set up and take down, but I’ve bought pop up tents before and they don’t tend to withstand heavy winds, so know your weather. Overall, I’ve been bragging about this new find.

You get what you pay for.
The size was ok. Set up was super easy. Take down was easy. The bag to pack it in is a bit small. And it leaked quite a bit the first time I used it. It leaked at the window tabs mostly.Overall a decent tent. I will be keeping it and I will be using it again I might invest in waterproof spray and not camp in the rain if I can help it.
