It works good for my 1998 ford f800.

Instructions are terrible
The instructions state that the float arm should be 1.4 X half of the tank depth. Then there is a chart that shows how long the float arm should be according to 1/2 the tank depth. These instructions contradict themselves. Use the number provided in the chart. DO NOT use the 1.4 X half of the tank depth formula. Otherwise the gauge sensing unit works perfectly. But the instructions are confusing, incorrect and very disappointing. Such a simple thing to fix.

poor instructions
Cutting and measuring is no big deal for me but the instructions leave a bit to be desired, its installed but I've yet to test it.
