Solid but flexible.
Large, solid and flexible spatula. Rounded on the leading edge and not sharp thus preventing scratches. Great for turning, flipping and serving. I look forward to using it for many years. The plastic handle seems solid and well attached, giving a good grip, not one of the dodgy welded ones. It seems, on the face of it, well worth the extra bit of money to get this well made, hygienic and robust kitchen tool. Would recommend, only time will tell as usual!

Very Large and well-made
Strong, well-made, sealed and comfortable handle, and VERY large! Possibly even too large for my biggest skillet, but great for griddle or grill. The paddle is very flexible at least in the right way to get under food in a skillet.
