They're....ok
These hats are just ok. I used them for a project I was working on and they worked well for it. But as far as wearing them, I can assume they would be itchy. The fabric they used is a little coarse and cheaply made. If your looking for some cheap Santa hats, im sure these would be ok, specially for the price.

Flimsy and shoddy, essentially paper.
These things are essentially paper Santa hats. They look and feel shoddy. I'd quote, "you get you pay for", but I feel like these actually only cost $1 USD to make all 12, so they are quite over-priced.
