Great soft handle I love the fact the handle is hallow you can place it on pole at top of scaffolding I would recommend this to a friend absolutely I use that feature all the time. I Drywall professionally and I have put on about 85 hours in the last 2 weeks and It is obvious that when the company Hyde designed this hawk that either they were drywallers themselves and had in their minds what a perfect hawk would feel like and feature it would have or they talked to many drywallers and listened to drywallers on what they wanted in a perfect hawk. The Hyde company in my opinion built the ideal hawk for drywallers based on what they wanted in a perfect hawk. I also like the way that way that the hawk has a ring between the handle and the SS sheet of metal allowing the hawk to be spun with ease to have the ss top to spin to get to mud on other side of the hawk. Great hawk I would definitely buy this product again and I would definitely recommend it to a family member or friend.

I am so glad I ordered this tool. I am 65 years old and female. I went to the hardware to find one. All they had was a big ole heavy thing. I looked online and compared several. I am working on an older home. I am only 5'1" and weigh 115 lb. I wanted something that wouldn't wear me out.There was another one that was more expensive but I chose this one.It is perfect. It's smaller but it works for me.After I repair the house maybe I'll repair the car. Laughing!

This 10 inch hawk is a quality product for a price you can’t get in any store.

At 1st glance the product looked OK until I put it together the handle just keep spinning because the bolt is stripped or whatever Which makes this tool useless
