Freshness and flavor
Actually tasted like hazelnut coffee with a smooth taste for a decaf. Others would smell strong when you open the box but lacked flavor but this one came through. I would recommend it.

Box doesn't say Creme
Bought this because the listing said Hazelnut Creme Decaf, but when received, the boxes don't say Creme.

The Creme is Missing!!
It says it is Hazelnut Creme, but there is no creme. It is as black as regular coffee. You do taste the hazelnut flavoring, but that is all!!

Stale with almost no taste whatsoever.
The resulting coffee was stale with no flavor. Had better coffee from a 4-year old Keurig pod.Threw out the entire order.

Not happy
Tried to return because it’s advertised that it hazelnut cream and it’s only hazelnut...very sad. Then I try to return and it says no..
