Good product
This product we have been using for years with our disabled daughter, we have found it to be reliable. Like anything else, over time with wear and the washing, you do have to replace them ...but I like the quality.

Best diaper covers for adults
These are the best adult disper covers we have found. We order them every 3-6 months. They eventually show wear but we wash them after every use. We use them for an incontinent teen. Highly recommend.

Loose fit
These are good quality and wash well. However, I should have ordered a smaller size. They are much bigger than I thought they would be and the leg openings and waist fit way too loose on my husband.

For side sleepers and the worst problems, this is better than average
These are very hot in summer or when you need to wear 2 pull ups to keep them firmly against the body. I have a heavy leak/mobility problem and this soaks the gathers if one doesn’t change them frequently and soon enough. Should take care of moderate leaks well though. At my worse the leaks can reach the waist and out onto the bed. Sleeping on my side increases the chance my leak will soak the bed pad. They are durable if you wash and then hang dry. The comfort is the softer fabric and knowing you have a little extra time to take care of your leak!

These pants arw big enough to fit an elephant.
I usually buy extra large but because of the reviews I ordered large. When I opened them I couldn't believe it, they were the biggest pants you can imagine. They were big enough for two of me . After the shock and hilarious laughter of course I had to return them and pay return postage I will not order another of the same kind.

Sized wrong
These work very well but the waistline is far too large. We need the large size to cover the disposable briefs and two pads and like the secure leg elastic, but the waist is such that I have to take in at least one inch tuck on both side seams. He weighs 155 but this product is not made for equal distribution of weight, but needs the extra room only around the hips/abdomen.

Excellent last line of defense!
I have total urinary incontinence and the Salk San pull-ups are an excellent last line of defense!
