I did researched all reviews and was happy with the comments so for £16 I thought it was worth a try. I have 4 collapsed discs in my lower back and doing some jobs really the pain takes its toll. I have been decorating today pain free, for me a great result

Ordered this for my father who suffers from lower back pain. He said it is comfortable, good adhesion with the velcro and good back support. The material it is made of is comfortable and not too stiff. Overall a good back support.

After having Spinal Surgery many years ago, I was told that I would always suffer from back pain.My surgeon wasn’t wrong!Through the years, I have tried all kinds of “snake oil” a variety of back braces, crutches, and many months of Physio, without ever having any kind of relief, that ever proved to be memorable.I have a walking stick that lives permanently by my bed, for the mornings I wake up in pain.So, without much hope, I chose to order this in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.Truthfully, I wasn’t convinced this would be any different from everything else I’ve tried.Sorry, but I really have tried product after product. I’m being honest here.However, you know that “warm fuzzy feeling” you get when you feel like you’ve accomplished or found something you didn’t really think would work… and then WHAM, you try something fresh and new, and you begin to realize that something different is happening, something you just can’t explain?This is it!!!!!!!This is the most comfortable and secure Back Brace I have EVER worn.Surprisingly it’s true to size, and just for once, I don’t feel like I’ve been squashed between two elevator doors!It’s certainly improving my posture, where most days almost anything can exacerbate my pain.I’m feeling confident and comfortable whereas prior to wearing this, simple daily tasks were just unbearable.It’s early days, I know that, but for now, I’m taking this as a WIN!I’m able to wear this for a few hours at work, without it being noticeable, it’s non-irritable, and snug, and right now it’s doing everything it’s supposed to do.The photos don't do this product justice, but I'm just not comfortable posting myself wearing this without cropping in the right places. I have tried two other braces both significantly more expensive than this one. In both cases getting a good fit was an issue. Despite selecting the appropriate size for my waist, one was to small and the other too large. In both cases the secondary velcro straps could not improve the fit.With this SNUGL brace I chose the medium size (24 to 32 inches). I have a 32.5 inch waist and my wife a 26 inch. The brace fitted securely and comfortably on both of us. Usefully the manufacturer offers five size options ranging from 19 to 55 inches; this is more than most. One supplier only offered one size for 32 to 55 inches).The brace is not as thick or as heavy as others and fits comfortably against the skin or over clothing. Once fitted, you feel the support but without any uncomfortable pressure. There is no restriction to your movements other than encouraging correct posture.Significantly the secondary velcro straps are more substantial and have more adjustment than the other braces I tried. I believe this is why the fit and support is so much better. The manufacturer also includes a removable, adjustable pad. This allows further customisation of the support and not something I had come across before.Although I do not have a permanent back problem, I do experience occasional pain and this brace will definitely help if I am suffering. Further more as it so comfortable, I would use it for prevention rather than cure on occasions when I know there is a risk.At £14.95 I think the brace is incredible value for money.I hope you found this review useful.If you have a question, I always try to respond when Amazon forwards them to me.

This is a nice fitting and soft/comfortable back support strap. I got the XL version which was a bit on the large size but it adjusts to a wide range of shapes using Velcro closures. I was not able to test it while lifting weights but moving boxes around the house did seem easier with this in place.
