I get awful stomach pains and feel sick after eating even slightly fatty foods, tried all the usual supplements and medication but found best remedy was a healthy low fat diet, which is great, but I do want the occasional treat without feeling sick afterwards. So I tried a sausage sandwich, (something which would usually ‘set me off’), and had one of these supplements afterwards, waited for the dreaded sickness to start but nothing! Been using after meals for about a week now, and it’s massively improved my symptoms. I’m only taking after meals I know might cause me problems, and it seems to be doing the trick.
