If you have to use GF Flour, this is a decent product. I also use Juvela white mix which is harder to find but works well with any regular flour recipe. Bear in mind that GF Flour can give different results to wheat flour and takes a little practice to get right sometimes.

A lifesaver
Been buying this in bulk from Amazon since my usual supermarket ran out leading up to Xmas.Makes gorgeous cake, gravy......I'd have a panic attack if it ever became discontinued.....great product for all you gluten intolerant out there....the SR version is equally as good!100% recommend this....it's saved my life....and digestive tract and skin....and cheaper than leading supermarkets ! Three cheers for Doves Farm and Amazon
