Amazing!
I’m extremely picky with my coffee… I like my coffee burning hot, this cups keeps it hot for a long time! And spill proof. I’ll be getting more of these.

LISTING SAYS THE LID IS SILICONE BUT IT IS PLASTIC!
When I first ordered this cup, it was described as being made of stainless steel w/silicone lid, which is why I purchased as I did not want regular plastic. I say "was" and not "is," because I just re-checked the listing after placing the order 4 weeks ago (just received the item today), and it now says the material is made of sterling silver (which it clearly is not!). Apparently, someone changed the description since I made the purchase. On the box the cup came in, it says it is made of stainless steel, and that only the SEAL is made of silicone, and the lid is made of plastic. Needless to say, I am not happy with this because the entire reason I purchased was because it was listed as stainless steel & silicone ONLY with no plastic. Besides that, I cannot understand the directions on the box because whomever wrote them obviously does not understand English, but nevertheless decided to go ahead and write an unintelligible version of the language. With the materials not described correctly and the language being so messed up (this could have been prevented by using a free translating app), how can anyone trust the anything in the description of the materials or the integrity of the seller? I will have to return this item. It's a shame, I really wanted this to be my new travel coffee cup!!

Defective lid?
I only got to use the cup twice. The cup worked good but when I went to use it a second time the lid tab snapped when I went to open it to drink from it.

Insulation works great. Keeps my coffee warm for a few hours. Durable, I’ve dropped it several times and no dents, easy to clean as well.
