I took this daily for 3 months after reading some interesting research on it; it seemed to show potential for a particular issue I was experiencing. While I'd love to mention that issue and what the research showed, it seems I can't without violating review guidelines? (my previous review was taken down)In any case, I noticed beneficial effects within days that were way beyond any potential placebo effect. Really amazing results. Then, after about 2 months I started to notice a mild itchiness and hotness in my upper body, particularly my head. Very similar to a niacin flush reaction but mild. I found I was also sensitive to niacin and would get a really intense flush reaction if I took it on an empty stomach. I'm 47 and had never had a response to niacin before in my life. My guess after doing some research (I'm a biochemist FWIW) is that the boron was eliciting an increase in pro-inflammatory prostaglandin D2, which is the known mechanism behind niacin flush reactions. I have no evidence for this; it's just a guess. There's relatively little known about boron's effects in the human body.I stopped taking the boron and the itchiness went away immediately. I'm taking a little time off and will start up again on a smaller dose, probably 5mg a day. 10mg is higher than I've seen recommended out there, though we really don't seem to know how much is ideal. Whatever dose ends up being right for me, I'm on this ride.

The vitamins work, I guess . I’ve forgotten what benefits they bring, but that was the reason I purchased them

10mg boron used to be kind of hard for me to find and it was always pricey. Hormonal benefits from boron only start to show up in the medical literature at or beyond the 10mg threshold, so it's convenient to have an efficacious dose in a single pill. It is also a very small pill which I prefer. None of the pills were cracked or split, crushed etc. And the effects are perfectly comparable to other boron products I have used at the same dose in the past.

Seemed to improve my knees significantly. Very satisfied!

I've ordered Boron three times now from this company. The first time was great. I got exactly what I wanted. The second and third times I got something completely different. I'm done with this company.
