I rarely write reviews, and I really don't like to write negative reviews. I especially don't like reviews here on Amazon that are effusively positive for a product when the buyer just bought it and hasn't had to live with it for a while. This product is flawed. I have tried to live with it for two months, but it has a problem that you will regret. The prongs that plug into an electrical outlet or a power strip or an extension cord are quite simply too small. They may only be a fraction of an inch too small, but that's enough to ruin this product. That's right, they aren't as big as they need to be. Why is this important? It's important, because the adapter will not stay plugged in. I am constantly seeing it fall out on its own or if the cord attached to it is jostled in even the slightest manner. There is nothing like trusting a product to help charge your electronic devices only to find out that on it's own it came unplugged. I have seen it with my own eyes several times. The prongs are not large enough, so for many uses, you better be prepared to come in and find this thing unplugged and your electronic device inconveniently not charged. Like I said, for as little as this cost it didn't seem worth it for me to write a negative review, but potential buyers and the manufacturer need to know. This needs to be redesigned. Buy something different.Oh, and almost immediately only one side worked. Stop reading and trusting reviews from people who only just got the product. Search out reviews from people who have tried to live with the product for awhile

We just got these. We plugged it into the wall without even adding a USB yet and it immediately sparked causing smoke and blew out a circuit.I only gave one star, only because of fast shipping.AMAZON IS SAYING THIS PRODUCT ISN'T AVAILABLE FOR RETURN

I ordered two sets. One plug doesn’t work at all. All the the cords worked the first couple days then all of a sudden they don’t work and our phones say the device is not supported by them.

Defective, would not accept usb plug in

I was so pleased that this product came quickly, wrapped securely, and was as advertised. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and looked at my two-pack charging adapters! I don't know if I missed this in the description given or it wasn't said, but these adapters have TWO USB ports each! SO when my kids come to visit and they want to plug their phones, etc., in to charge, I don't have to unplug my phone - we can share an adapter! This has been so helpful. I love my purchase and the service from the seller. I would buy from them again.

Get very HOT!

These might be the worst USB wall chargers I've ever owned and I have been using USB wall chargers since day1 (I'm old).They are cheaply made and poorly engineered. In order to get a standard USB plug into them you have to wiggle the plug around until you force the correct alignment and the jam the plug in. I threw them out after a few attempts. I travel extensively and I can't use something that's not reliable.

Sometimes, a deal is not a deal and I sure got burnt on this one. Not only is it NOT a "quick charge" wall charger, but it charges extremely slowly. Run, don't walk from this product. It's is of very poor quality. If I ever see another Ailkin brand product in the future, I'll avoid it like the plague. Ailkin is sure ailing alright! I just ordered another wall charger from a different company. Yes, it has a higher price tag but I can assure you that a cheap nonfunctional charger is way more expensive in the end. God willing, the one just ordered will be of much better quality. Fingers crossed. Take my word for it, save yourself money & frustration, look elsewhere.
