Great thing is the back of it screws in perfectly to the little screw on my tripod. Not sure if it is like a standard screw thing on the tripod but I think it might be. Will try to include some picture later. So far 3 people have said that it almost instantly cured their kneed pain or at least made it better, with just some regular knee pain it seems to have helped but if it is like some kind of really bad acl tear or etc it probably won't help all that fast. So I think it is working and have seen results from it personally.

I dont know if it does anything but I love the way it feels, I mean it definitely makes me sleepy the lights are definitely strong which I hope that means its real red light but one thing that sucks is the the stand for it sucks so I end up holding it or leaning it against something

I’ve had an ongoing battle with my skin because it’s very fair and sensitive with cystic acne and ingrown hairs from eyebrows to chin. It’s amazing how fast my skin is healing after using this light for a couple of weeks. The instructions were not very thorough as it relates to what strength to use or for how long. So far I’ve been using the level three strength setting for 10 minutes about 4 times a week. I love the curved design of the unit as it seems to cover the sides a little more. I’ve been using it vertically for the first 5 minutes to get my forehead and under my chin and then rotating to the horizontal position to get more of the sides near my ears. I noticed they have a newer version that includes the tall stand, but this older version at a reduced price comes with the table top stand only. Luckily I have an old tripod stand for my camera and it fit the light perfectly and I’m able to use in more varied positions. It’s also confusing because the instructions include how to use the taller stand and it should be made clearer for the old model the stand is an accessory for purchase, although I couldn’t find it sold separately. Since I had such quick results with my skin I’m ready to start using it on my back for inflammation relief. That I’ve been able to deduce from some research the lower level light is more for facial skin treatment but the higher intensity light goes deeper for muscle relief. This is by far my new favorite tool for healing my skin and gaining more self-confidence.

I have used this 3 times and now it will not work. The timer works but not the red light.

This red light is the best one I’ve ever owned. I just received it today with a sauna I purchased on Amazon and it hangs perfectly inside the sauna making it a red light sauna that can penetrate deeper into your skin in less time because sweating helps open up your capillaries.

Purchased several of these for my kids and relatives for a variety of ailments (acne, anxiety, menstrual cramps), and everyone loved them! I received a free red light knee wrap with purchase, but haven’t used that yet. My daughter liked hers so much that she purchased another one for her friend for acne scarring.
