One request to make even better.. *by G***F on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 May 2024* I purchased these as had a planned ankle arthroscopy coming up.They massively helped with my recovery, they’re a good fit, wrap the whole ankle, freeze quite quickly and hold a cold temperature for a good 20mins or so.Nothing helped my pain relief quick like that feeling of getting the ice on it.The inside plastic can almost be a tiny bit too cold on your skin, particularly if you have scarring or keyhole wounds etc, so I lined with a piece of kitchen roll.One minor change that would make a huge improvement would be to add a little elastic in the Velcro strap… The whole thing is quite stiff when it comes out the freezer, but as it thaws it relaxes and rounds around your ankle better, the result is it actually gets looser and creates little gaps between it and the skin.
