With 20% Ginsenosides, these herbal supplements are 100% natural and promise to seriously boost men's health providing an extra energy kick without any jitters. Do they? Well, they start off pretty large to swallow. Make sure you take plenty of water to get them down. They take about half to one hour to take effect and def give you a boost. I didn't experience any side effects but that doesn't mean you might so take that into account.

Not much I can say, really. The capsule is rather large and needs a hefty mouthful of water to swallow. It didn't do anything for me, though I did feel a bit uncomfortable for a couple of hours.

Reviewing these capsules for Amazon Vine is tricky as I am not allowed to make any claims regarding the effectiveness of supplements. However I can say that you get 10 capsules in a pack, the capsules are easy to swallow and should be taken with a glass of water for best effect. I will say that I would use these in the future.

I have tested several herbal products similar to this one. The main ingredients are Ginseng and Sour Date. Do some research on the ingredients and see if they are suitable for your needs. They have certainly helped me. It takes about 1 hour to have any effect. Once you feel them working, the change lasts most of the day. I am happy to recommend this product. It works very well.
