Size down.
Waaay too large. I know they are meant to be baggy, but YIKES!!! I usually have difficulty finding a shorter length (30" inseam;US). I was hopeful that with the drawstring at the bottom I could tighten the ankle to make the length not overhang my shoes, however that did not work. I just looked like a giant parachute blob.The material is nice. I like the idea of the style, however they are probably meant for tall/slender framed people, that way the "ballooning" feature falls properly with the hem.
