MacKenzie-Childs Parchment Check Enamel Tea Kettle 3 Quart

For decorative purpose

The 3q teapot is a large size. I am returning for the 2q. My only complaint would be the packaging. I am spending $200 for an item it should be packaged in a special box. The lid was wedged inside the pot and then everything wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a generic brown box.

Purchased a very expensive Tea Pot as BD gift, after picking up the carton after delivery, I heard rattling inside the package. I immediately open the box ,I found the lid was upside down hitting the inside of the tea pot. I couldn't determine if the tea pot was repackaged or a lack of proper packaging by MacKenzie-Childs.Why wouln't M-C spend a little more in pacaking there products to ensure customer receive a quality product in a quality package,

Not right for my modern style of kitchen. I want to return it ! We installed a new kitchen 2 years ago.I had been looking at this teapot in black & white. But lo and behold, they came out with the blue and white! Just my colors ! Then Covid hit. So we were sitting in our brand new kitchen waiting for that darn tea kettle. It took awhile but it finally came last week. The kitchen is white with a pearl, stainless steel, grey back splash. We have lots of blue glass from 1950 so I thought the blue & white teapot would be fantastic.However it looked as though it were in the wrong era !! I contacted Amazon and just hours later I got aform to fill out requesting a return. Within minutes, I had a response from Amazon with two forms ~ onefor inside the box and one for the outside of the box. I printed the forms ~ popped one inside and one outside with tape. Today I dropped the same box I received with the kettle and its packing. VOILA ~ nothing to pay ~ just left it in their capable hands and went off to do the rest of my errands ! Thanx Amazon !
